Saitama and Tatsumaki

Yama (Hidden, Unique, World's Rare Treasure): Myriad Death Intent envelops the entire body. Ghost Gate can be opened during an attack, invoking the Authority of Death. This attack is guaranteed to trigger instant death; high-level Instant Death Immunity and lower resistances cannot grant immunity.

Tap.

Flesh continued to fall away. Bai Cangshu’s body cells remained submerged in a deathly intent like the Yellow Springs, and the vitality capable of instantly healing wounds had failed to take effect.

The consequence of forcibly activating the seventh-tier Moment within Shun Goku Satsu was that his once-hard, powerful body had become loose and battered. He looked utterly miserable now.

Other than his left hand, which remained intact, his entire body was a bloody mess. His skull was clearly visible at his temple.

Lilith, Loka, and the others who had rushed over were all startled by the sight.

Although they had already learned from Lilith that Mercenary Tao had angered many important figures in this world by becoming a Hero for Fun, their reincarnator team had only just touched the first extreme. They had no conception at all of how powerful truly strong reincarnators could be.

"Mr. Mercenary Tao, are you… all right…?"

Lilith spoke up, prompting Loka and Short Hair to exchange glances with strange expressions. It seemed Lilith was not as afraid of Mercenary Tao as they had imagined.

"Mercenary Tao?"

"Hmph, what a strange name."

Tatsumaki descended from the sky, stopping slightly above Bai Cangshu. Looking at his bizarre muscles gradually shriveling and even falling off, leaving him in a miserable state, she spoke mockingly.

Beep beep~

The black luxury sedan finally arrived late. Though she had received the information first, Fubuki was the last to arrive. When she got out and saw her sister already at the scene, her expression immediately turned even colder.

She only glanced at the battered Mercenary Tao before preparing to leave. Then she suddenly stopped and looked in another direction. The Demon Cyborg, dressed in a neat jacket, was following behind a familiar bald man as they approached at an unhurried pace.

Fubuki froze in place. The next moment, without giving her sister any face at all, she strode quickly toward the two of them.

"You two, as members of the New Fubuki Group, how have you not sent a single word in the past two years?!"

She tried to sound fierce, but by the end, her voice had become unusually weak.

Fubuki had always felt a strange sense of guilt over the Hero Association’s dissolution and the retirement and disappearance of those heroes.

As the most successful example of an old-school hero transitioning into a Professional Hero, she watched powerful heroes like her sister and Saitama fade from public attention while someone like her, B-Class Rank 1, received every spotlight. She did not feel the joy she had once imagined she would feel from surpassing her sister.

Unlike the other Professional Hero agencies, she was not cold and detached. She frequently went into action not merely because she liked fame, but because she truly wanted to shoulder responsibility and become a hero everyone could rely on, replacing those great heroes who had disappeared!

But the Great Cataclysm half a year ago had once again made Fubuki realize her own helplessness. She could only rescue a handful of survivors on the outskirts of the Spirit World Infested Zone, while she could do nothing for the hundreds of thousands of people in the center of Seasoning City.

For the first time, she had actively asked her sister for help. Yet after entering the Spirit World Infested Zone only once, Tatsumaki had told her that there were no humans left inside.

Seeing that her little sister had not come to greet her first and had instead gone straight to that bald man she had not seen in two years, Tatsumaki immediately shifted her attention away from Bai Cangshu.

"Huh?!"

"Fubuki, that bald guy is actually a member of your B-Class Faction? I won’t allow it!"

Saitama had been staring blankly at the sight of the several-thousand-meter area completely devastated by the battle. Fights of this scale had become rare over the past two years, but…

Still weak.

Still boring…

But the next moment, the term "bald guy" finally made his brows twitch. He turned and saw a green-haired little girl floating in the air, pointing at him as she angrily berated another woman.

He had almost forgotten Fubuki’s identity, and he did not remember ever joining any New Fubuki Group. But he still remembered this girl who acted so high and mighty every time.

"Hey, Genos, this brat with the bad temper isn’t calling me bald, is she?"

Genos did not understand things like emotional intelligence at all. His electronic eyes swiftly scanned everyone around them. Bai Cangshu had lost large chunks of flesh from his head, exposing a bloodied skull, but more than half of his flesh remained, and his hair was thick.

He calmly nodded in reply.

"Teacher, based on my observations, she does appear to be referring to you."

"Huh?!"

Tatsumaki instantly appeared before Genos and Saitama. Floating in the air, she bent forward and pointed at Saitama’s head.

"When it comes down to it, this is all because of you, you B-Class trash, right? That stupid giant was probably defeated by you, wasn’t it? Ever since then, this world has gotten more and more boring, you dead bald idiot!"

Saitama’s expression twitched a few times. He did not want to argue with a little girl like this, so he turned around and poked Genos with his elbow.

"Genos, are kids these days all this rude? Hurry and check your database to see where this brat’s parents are. Have someone come take her home."

Tatsumaki was stunned for a moment, then instantly went red with rage.

Lilith tried to help Mercenary Tao, but after hesitating, she did not make a move. Seeing Tatsumaki and Saitama arguing like children, she exchanged a glance with Loka, both of them at a loss.

It had seemed amusing when watching the anime, but being here in person, knowing that a single sneeze from either of them could probably kill every reincarnator present, made them uneasy as they watched the two gradually twist their expressions in anger.

If these two really started fighting, Tatsumaki’s powers might not be able to do much to Saitama, but the aftermath alone would likely leave them dead without even a corpse if they were grazed by it.

"Oh, you’re strong, aren’t you? Since you’re so strong, why waste your breath arguing with an idiot whose strength you can’t even see?"

"Why not take advantage of my host’s rare weakened state and let us properly investigate where these people who can run wild through various worlds really came from…"

A condescending arrogance that saw through everything was hidden beneath that flippant tone.

Sela froze, only then realizing that at some point, a White-haired Man in a pitch-black uniform had appeared beside them. He was even carrying a red-haired man holding a frost-emitting treasured blade in both hands.

Most eye-catching of all were his eyes, brilliant as if blue skies and white clouds flowed within them.

It was Satoru Gojo! That red-haired man was Red Dust, the Chaos Sage’s second-in-command!

Hearing this, Saitama felt somewhat relieved. He admitted that he really should not get worked up over a bad-tempered brat like this. But then he realized that he had not experienced this sort of irritation in a long time. Amid this strange train of thought, Saitama looked toward the speaker.

Only to see the tall White-haired Man standing in front of that green-haired brat, spreading his hands as he spoke to her.

"Huh?!" The strong one he meant was that green-haired brat, and the idiot was him?!

Tatsumaki crossed her arms and glanced at the spirit body that had Teleported over while holding someone. A special power enveloped the other’s body.

But Tatsumaki’s bad temper lay in the fact that she did not target anyone in particular. She was equally arrogant toward everyone.

"You think you can come talk to me just because you’ve mastered a little spatial ability… Who do you think you are, huh?!"

Tatsumaki glared furiously at Satoru Gojo. In an instant, a terrifying force seized everything around them. Even the space enveloped by the stilling power of the Limitless Cursed Technique was caught in her grasp, along with hundreds of meters of surrounding space.

This made Uchiha Madara, who had approached from behind, slowly turn his Sharingan. His gaze was likewise focused on Tatsumaki.

Having spent so long in Bai Cangshu’s Consciousness Space, he had already witnessed just how unusual this white-haired man’s technique was. Although his absolute power did not match Madara’s, that troublesome technique was not something Madara could handle casually.

Especially now that he had lost his body, if they truly fought, it would come down to whether his Sharingan Genjutsu or the other’s pitch-black domain technique landed accurately first.

But this girl was now emanating an overwhelming, invincible power.

As for that bald man, he could not even be bothered to look at him.
