Section 23

Perhaps sensing Xu Zi'an's current predicament,

Qin Fuyue immediately said over the comms, "Me, me, me! Boss, I'll help you load it!"

The glory had been trailing the brilliant like a shadow, like a persistent follower.

Xu Zi'an didn't think much of it. "Alright! Thanks then!"

"You're welcome, you're welcome. Compared to you saving my life, this is nothing!"

Qin Fuyue said in her sweet voice, "Boss, I remember there's a space relay station just two light-years away.

Why don't we take these things there first and sell them for money? My starship's cargo hold doesn't have much space, and it's already filled with other items."

"Alright!"

Xu Zi'an naturally wouldn't refuse.

Immediately, he continued cutting with enthusiasm.

As for Qin Fuyue's voice suddenly becoming so sweet…

He felt nothing.

He would never forget her various complaints and roars from their first meeting.

The image of Qin Fuyue as a fierce woman was firmly entrenched in his mind.

At the same time,

the starships that had originally received the Federation's SOS request and rushed to provide aid, after learning that the danger had been averted and all the Interstellar Pirates' starships had been destroyed,

did not come over anymore.

Approximately two hours later,

Xu Zi'an confirmed that everything worth a bit of money had been collected, and only then did he reluctantly stop.

Behind him…

Qin Fuyue's flawless face was full of strangeness.

Now, she could be one hundred percent certain…

This mysterious boss was definitely a miser.

And a super miser at that!

Look at what was in her cargo hold!

Those few engines were fine; they were indeed worth some money.

But…

Why did he want even refrigerators that were only worth seven or eight hundred yuan when new?

And they were used ones, only worth one or two hundred yuan at most!

Piles of cheap items filled her fifty-plus cubic meter cargo hold to the brim.

If it weren't for the fact that there was no more space in their starships…

She even suspected this super miser boss would continue to stuff in items worth tens of yuan!

Thankfully,

it was finally over.

"Boss, shall we go to the space relay station now?"

Qin Fuyue asked.

"Alright! Let's go!"

Xu Zi'an had no objections.

Immediately, they set their destination on the star map to Space Relay Station YZ1881, controlled their starship to turn around, and entered pulse jump state.

Two light-years, it would take roughly only an hour to arrive.

An hour later,

they exited jump state.

They saw a colossal metal sphere, like a planet, quietly suspended in an empty expanse of deep space.

Preliminary estimates put its diameter at least five hundred kilometers, similar in size to Enceladus in the Solar System.

And this was only the smallest type of space relay station!

On the metal planet, there were countless gates, opening and closing from time to time, with a large number of starships entering and exiting.

Those gates were the entry and exit points for starships, used for parking them.

Space relay stations are specifically provided for passing starships and spacecraft to rest, entertain, and take on missions.

Inside a space relay station, everything is available; one could even say they are science fiction cities suspended in deep space.

Eating, drinking, playing, and entertainment.

The purchase, repair, and Evolution of starships and spacecraft, and so on, can all be completed here.

In short…

A space relay station is no different from a normal planetary city!

Such space relay stations are countless in the Universe.

Basically, as long as it's a slightly remote deep space area, there will be such a space relay station.

If one had to make an analogy…

A space relay station is equivalent to a commercial plaza on Earth in the 21st century!

Like a Wanda Plaza.

Then countless businesses set up shop there, and everything is available inside!

Even…

Many starship captains prefer to live in space relay stations rather than planetary cities.

They feel that life in a space relay station is much more comfortable.

And this was the first time Xu Zi'an had seen, and also the first time he had visited, a space relay station.

After all, although a space relay station has everything imaginable…

Even apartments and houses are all available.

However… the cost of living is also considerably more expensive than in ordinary planetary cities.

Xu Zi'an didn't have that kind of money.

Now, however, his heart was undoubtedly filled with curiosity.

It was his first time, but he still knew the rules.

When he was only a hundred kilometers from the space relay station, Xu Zi'an began to call the relay station's air traffic control.

Otherwise, if he approached without calling air traffic control, after a few warnings…

He would be shot down by the relay station's air defense System.

At that point, you wouldn't even have a place to cry, and the Federation wouldn't even stand up for you.

"Hello, brilliant, welcome to the Free Channel Group's Space Relay Station YZ1881. We wish you a most pleasant experience here!"

"Your starship's parking area has been planned, and the navigation information has been sent to your optical computer. Please proceed to park according to the navigation information."

The gentle female voice was very pleasant, making one feel much more relaxed.

Soon, a navigation path guided Xu Zi'an's route, and his starship's parking location was Hangar G39.

"Boss, my starship is in Hangar G55… How will we contact each other later? Can you give me your private communication number?"

Qin Fuyue's voice came through the comms.

Xu Zi'an sent his communicator number over, and soon Qin Fuyue added him as a friend.

Xu Zi'an casually accepted. "I'm in G39, so let's contact each other later."

"Mhm mhm! I'll sell those things first and then come find you!"

"Alright!"

Xu Zi'an had no objections.

He maneuvered the brilliant, slowly entering the hangar whose door had already opened.

Inside.

It was brightly lit.
