Spinning bike

“Lunch? No rush, the cafeteria will send the food up later, you can just eat here.”

Chen Mo smiled and waved his hand. If he didn't exhaust them all today, no one would leave this gym.

Listening to General Manager Chen's words, the few people who had been stubbornly standing could no longer hold on and slumped to the ground.

Not long after,

the elevator doors opened, and several cafeteria staff walked in, carrying packed meals.

“General Manager Chen, the food has been delivered.”

Wang Maonian quickly walked up to Chen Mo to report, glancing at the many managers and supervisors sitting on the ground without any regard for their image, secretly chuckling to himself.

It was truly a turn of the tables. Last year, he was the only one left at the end of the morning run, and Li Shen and the others had even teased him privately. This time, it was finally his turn to get back at them.

“Hmm!”

“Distribute the food to them.”

Chen Mo nodded slightly. No matter how much they exercised, they still had to eat.

“Understood, General Manager Chen.”

Wang Maonian took the order and began to lead a few cafeteria staff to distribute the packed meals to each person.

When he passed by Li Shen, Wang Maonian chuckled.

“Sweating so much, are you feeling a bit weak?”

“Brother Nian, you're just gloating. Whether I'm weak or not, you'll know if you experience it yourself.”

Li Shen spoke with a tired expression; he didn't even have the strength to joke around anymore.

“I'll pass on the experience. General Manager Chen is imparting the company's philosophy to you. As a chef, I just need to cook well. Besides, General Manager Chen didn't notify me to come run. It wouldn't be good if I ran on my own and displeased General Manager Chen.”

Wang Maonian said with a playful smile.

Li Shen looked at Wang Maonian's playful expression, his eyes shifted slightly, and then he looked up at General Manager Chen.

“General Manager Chen, Wang Maonian, as the head of the logistics department, is also a position above supervisor. And he has to lead the run every day. If he misses today's training, I'm afraid he won't be able to keep up when leading the run.”

Hmm!

Wang Maonian was stunned for a moment when he heard Li Shen's words, then he quickly looked at General Manager Chen.

Chen Mo heard Li Shen's words and looked at Wang Maonian. Although this guy hadn't caused him trouble for a long time, more exercise was always good for strengthening the body.

As for still holding a grudge from before? How could that be? He wasn't a person who held grudges.

Thinking of this, he looked up at Wang Maonian's gaze and said with a smile,

“Li Shen is right. Since it's exercise, you must not fall out of rhythm, otherwise it will be troublesome if you can't keep up when leading the run. You can just follow along with the exercise this afternoon.”

“General Manager Chen, there are still things to do at the cafeteria. I won't participate in this exercise, will I?”

Wang Maonian showed a bitter smile. If he had known this would happen, he wouldn't have come.

He got himself into this just to see Li Shen and a few others in a sorry state. Was this what they called extreme joy turning to sorrow?

“Brother Nian, have you had lunch? If not, let's eat together. Otherwise, you won't have the strength for the exercise later!”

Li Shen looked at Wang Maonian's bitter expression and said playfully.

“You…”

Wang Maonian looked at Li Shen speechlessly, finally sitting down next to Li Shen helplessly.

As a chef, he usually ate last, so he naturally hadn't had lunch. He had originally planned to go back to the cafeteria to eat after delivering the meals, but now, he was directly staying here.

After lunch,

several cafeteria staff cleaned up all the utensils and left the gym.

Time quickly came to 1 PM.

Chen Mo glanced at the time, stood up, and clapped his hands.

“Alright, time's up. The first exercise item this afternoon is spinning. Luo Xiao, you lead.”

Saying that,

he pointed at Luo Xiao, who was still slumped on the ground.

Upon hearing this, the many employees got up and walked to the spinning area, each choosing a bike and sitting on it.

Luo Xiao, with a bitter expression, sat on the first bike in the front row.

Chen Mo secretly smiled at the sight, then turned to Shen Rou.

“Go play some music. Choose something high-energy and fast-paced for me.”

“Understood, General Manager Chen.”

Shen Rou nodded and walked to where the music was played.

Soon, a fast-paced DJ song echoed in the spinning room, and everyone began to pedal along with the rhythm.

Time passed bit by bit,

the spinning exercise ended, and other exercise items began.

Nearing quitting time.

Chen Mo looked at the exhausted employees, and his mood finally brightened a little.

“Alright, today's intensive training ends here. Everyone worked hard. Of course, the main purpose of today's intensive training is to let you know that Tomorrow Group's primary focus is safety, and efficiency, quality, profit, etc., all come after it. Do you all understand?”

“Understood.”

All the employees in the gym shouted with their last bit of strength, their faces showing expressions of excitement.

They finally breathed a sigh of relief in their hearts; the intensive training was finally over.

“Not bad, everyone looks to be in pretty good shape. It seems this intensive training program needs to be maintained. How about this, this intensive training will be held once a month from now on. Today was a bit rushed, and the preparations were a bit insufficient. Next time, I will prepare more thoroughly.”

“I'll strive to give everyone military-style training, both reasonable and scientific.”

Chen Mo looked at the relieved employees and smiled slightly. Did they really think the training was over after this one time? The harm you caused me is not just limited to this.

If the system didn't forbid it, I'd directly arrange for you to have intensive training once a week.

So you wouldn't have the energy to cause trouble at all.

Damn system!

Chen Mo secretly grumbled a sentence, then directly left the fitness floor.

………..

Inside the gym,

the many employees who had originally breathed a sigh of relief, upon hearing General Manager Chen's words, opened their mouths in surprise, their faces instantly falling.

Once a month,

This…

Recalling today's experience, everyone's bodies couldn't help but shiver.

Such an experience, they would have to go through it once every month.

“General Manager Wei, why don't you talk to General Manager Chen once? We will pay double attention to employee safety issues. Let's just skip this monthly intensive training.”

A supervisor walked up to Wei Yan and spoke cautiously.

At the same time,

other nearby employees looked over expectantly upon hearing this.

Wei Yan was an old-timer among them and was highly valued by General Manager Chen. If Wei Yan came forward to speak, there should be no problem.

Wei Yan noticed everyone's gaze and shook his head helplessly.

“I'm afraid I can't help with this matter. General Manager Chen is doing all this for our own good, for our health.”

“Do you intend to reject General Manager Chen's kindness?”

“Moreover, General Manager Chen emphasized that Tomorrow Group's philosophy is safety first, and employees' physical health naturally comes first.”

“And the monthly intensive training is to make us, the leadership, set an example and establish for the employees below that Tomorrow Group is indeed thinking about the employees' health.”

“Therefore, we must persevere with this intensive training.”
