"Uchiha Clan… Hyuga Mirai."

They rushed over and saw that the Uchiha Compound was in ruins. Rather than an Uchiha rebellion, it looked far more like they had been invaded.

The ordinary clan members within the Uchiha Compound had vanished. Only after they arrived did they discover that all the Uchiha Clan’s ordinary members had gathered together. Every member of the Military Police Force was injured, and their numbers had been greatly reduced.

Did this really look like a rebellion?

Some Ninja Clan heads frowned slightly. The Uchiha Clan looked as though they had been driven into a corner and forced to fight desperately.

"Uchiha Fugaku, your Military Police Force colluded with Konoha rogue ninja Hyuga Mirai, abducted and controlled the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki. These acts have already constituted numerous grave crimes, including treason against the village—"

Before Mitokado Homura could finish, Uzumaki Kushina could no longer restrain herself and cursed furiously, "You old bastard, you’re talking bullshit! Danzo’s Root was the one that attacked Naruto! Those Root ninja even wanted to kill me so they could control Naruto!"

Kushina’s words instantly changed the expressions of many ninja present. They had not expected Danzo’s Root to be so bold.

Although Kushina had rarely gone out in recent years, she was the Fourth Hokage’s wife. Root had actually dared to lay hands on her.

Some ninja who had been on good terms with Namikaze Minato glared grimly at the surrounding Root ninja and Danzo after hearing Kushina’s words. Among them was a white-haired Anbu ninja, who lowered his head slightly. He had been so busy with missions lately that he had neglected his master’s wife.

"Elder Danzo!"

Utatane Koharu spoke up to explain. This reason was fairly plausible, and she also said that it was a fact that the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki had been controlled by the Uchiha Clan, because Root ninja had collected conclusive evidence. It was simply inconvenient to produce it now.

Hyuga Mirai smiled at the side. That so-called conclusive evidence was probably footage recorded by Root ninja showing the Three-Tomoe Sharingan in the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki’s eyes. The thief was crying thief, but this framing was indeed effective.

He knew that Danzo possessed Shisui Uchiha’s Sharingan, but Hyuga Mirai had no intention of revealing it.

Seeing how shameless the Konoha Higher-ups were, Uzumaki Kushina was so enraged that her injuries nearly flared up again. Then she took a deep breath and silently etched those people into her memory.

They had forced her and her son into such a state, then smeared filth all over them. If she ever got the chance, Uzumaki Kushina would never let these shameless bastards go!

She no longer had the slightest desire to remain in Konoha, nor did she want to waste her strength arguing with this disgusting group.

Quite a few ninja saw Kushina’s gaze and expression. They all had good relations with the Fourth Hokage. Although they wanted to step forward and speak for Kushina, their Clan Heads or fellow clansmen stopped them before they could act.

This was not the right occasion. Just now, they had merely demanded an explanation, and the Konoha Higher-ups had given them one. It was no longer appropriate to tear off all pretense and press the matter further. They could ask the Third Hokage about it later, but the two Advisors clearly intended to protect Danzo now.

The Hyūga ninja began standing in pairs. With one look, Hyuga Mirai knew they were preparing to use the Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm, a Taijutsu secret art used by the Hyūga Clan when fighting together, capable of increasing its power severalfold.

However, this Taijutsu posed no threat whatsoever to Hyuga Mirai. The gap in their base strength was there; even with several times the power, they could not threaten him.

Only Ōnoki’s Kekkei Tōta posed some danger, but that would require restricting Hyuga Mirai’s movement speed first.

"Tekka-san, I have an immature suggestion."

Hyuga Mirai suddenly thought of something and spoke to Uchiha Tekka.

Uchiha Tekka said, "Hyuga, you are the benefactor of my clan. Please speak freely."

"Uchiha Itachi slaughtered more than a hundred ordinary non-ninja people. That should be a serious violation of the Ninja Regulations, right? In that case, why not hand him over to Konoha for punishment? For such a heinous criminal, Konoha’s several ‘highly respected’ Advisors should deal with him immediately."

Hyuga Mirai smiled faintly as he made the suggestion to Uchiha Tekka. Yet to Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Mikoto, his words sounded as though a devil were speaking.

"Hand him over to those people? They won’t admit it, will they?"

Uchiha Tekka was no fool. Under Hyuga Mirai’s guidance, he quickly understood his intentions. Uchiha Itachi had always been colluding with the Konoha Higher-ups. Rather than letting him die under the Uchiha Clan’s judgment, it would be better to have the Konoha Higher-ups execute him.

Only then could they inflict greater harm upon Uchiha Itachi. Uchiha Itachi, who claimed to act for Konoha, would ultimately die under Konoha’s Ninja Regulations.

At that thought, Uchiha Tekka began to agree. But those old bastards among the Konoha Higher-ups probably would not accept their demand.

Uchiha Tekka trusted that Hyuga Mirai would not do anything foolish. The man before him truly resembled Yasunori-kun, possessing the same confidence of being completely certain no matter what he did.

Unfortunately, because of their mistakes, Uchiha Itachi had joined forces with Root ninja and caused Yasunori-kun’s death.

Uchiha Tekka’s hatred for Uchiha Itachi largely came from the murder of someone he respected, along with his own role in it.

"In that case, there happens to be a prison nearby."

After saying that, Hyuga Mirai created two Shadow Clones, then immediately used the Body Flicker Technique to leave. Root and the other Ninja Clan ninja had wanted to stop him, but Hyuga Mirai’s Shadow Clones were simply too fast. They had no time to react.

Uchiha Tekka gave two other Military Police Force members a look. The two instantly struck, knocking Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Mikoto unconscious. Although Uchiha Tekka hated Uchiha Fugaku, it was better not to let him witness what came next.

After a while, Hyuga Mirai’s Shadow Clones returned with seven prisoners seized from Konoha Prison, along with some blood and flesh from the dead.

Using the dead people’s flesh and living sacrifices, Hyuga Mirai immediately performed the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu. Dust and debris instantly wrapped around the wailing prisoners, and beneath that debris, different faces emerged.

There were old people, children, women, and middle-aged men. None wore ninja attire. Uchiha Rinjin even still wore the apron he used for gutting fish.

"Grandma Tomoko!?"

"Rinjin? It’s Uchiha Rinjin, it’s him!"

"It’s Hina-chan! Why did she become Hina-chan? What just happened?"

"And Kentarou! Wasn’t he killed by Uchiha Itachi?"

When the Uchiha Clan saw the seven Edo Tensei Bodies, many of them became so agitated that they did not know what to do. Uchiha Tekka did not know the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu, but he still guessed that Hyuga Mirai had used some technique to return the dead to the world of the living.

"Grandma Tomoko?" Uchiha Tekka stepped forward and asked. Grandma Tomoko was famously kind within the Uchiha Clan. Every night, she kept her wagashi shop open until late so patrolling Military Police Force members would have somewhere to buy a midnight snack.

Upon hearing him, Uchiha Tomoko looked at Uchiha Tekka in confusion, then asked doubtfully, "Is that Tekka? I remember Itachi came just now. Where is Daisuke?"

It really was Grandma Tomoko herself. Uchiha Tekka took a deep breath, then bowed and apologized, "I’m sorry, Grandma Tomoko, and everyone else. The Military Police Force failed to fulfill its duty to protect you and allowed that traitor Uchiha Itachi to murder you."

Uchiha Tekka’s voice was loud enough for even the ninja of the other Ninja Clans to hear him.

When the Konoha Higher-ups saw the technique Hyuga Mirai had used and the dead people he had summoned, they immediately sensed that something was wrong.

"That is the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu? Why does Hyuga Mirai know a technique from the Scroll of Seals?"

Utatane Koharu asked angrily. Had even Konoha’s Forbidden Techniques been learned by outsiders!?

Danzo said nothing beside her. He guessed that Hyuga Mirai had learned the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu from Orochimaru, but the deal between himself and Orochimaru could not be exposed, so he would never step forward to explain.

Uchiha Tekka did not hide anything. They recounted every detail of the Nine-Tails’ Rampage, with Kushina serving as a witness. They revealed the deeds of the unfamiliar Masked Man, the injustices the Uchiha Clan had suffered over the years, and the fact that Uchiha Itachi had killed more than a hundred ordinary people that night.

After Uchiha Tekka finished speaking, the many ninja present finally learned the details of the Nine-Tails’ Rampage. When they looked at Kushina and saw that she did not object, they largely accepted that Uchiha Tekka had spoken the truth.

Hyuga Mirai looked at Uchiha Tekka with some surprise as well. That speech had been nine parts false and one part true, packed full of details. Anyone who did not know the truth could easily believe him.

"I don’t know about the other matters. I rarely leave home in Konoha, but the Nine-Tails’ Rampage is true. I experienced it myself!"

At the crucial moment, Uzumaki Kushina also stabbed the Konoha Higher-ups in the back. She personally stepped forward and testified that Uchiha Tekka was telling the truth. A guarantee from one of the parties involved in the Nine-Tails’ Rampage instantly gave those words far greater credibility.

"Nonsense! Utter nonsense!!"

Utatane Koharu shouted loudly, somewhat losing her composure. She felt the situation gradually slipping out of control and immediately wanted to order Root and the other Ninja Clan ninja to act, disrupting Hyuga Mirai and Uchiha Tekka’s scheme.

"Danzo, have the Root ninja cooperate with the Anbu! Hyuga clan head, Akimichi clan head! Are you going to keep watching rogue ninja run wild within Konoha!?"
