He had fused with 94 Spider-Man before, so he knew some of 94 Spider-Man's past. 94 Spider-Man's abilities came from a new scientific technology known as New Gene Technology. The original goal of this technology was to extract beneficial genes from a target organism and transfer them into humans, thereby optimizing Human Genes.
