He-El looked somewhat dazed. After learning that this was the universe of Lucy, He-El had the feeling that his own universe had been created by himself. Other universes were merely other people's brains. It was only because the brain universe he had created was willing to connect with and accept other brain universes that he had his Traversal Vortex, allowing him to travel to other universes. He-El knew that this was not necessarily correct. But at least within the universe of Lucy, brain potential was inseparable from this universe.
