The Guardians of the Universe’s Last Resort

The fifteen Guardians of the Universe above Oa Star held tightly to a formation that linked their power. There had originally been seventeen Guardians of the Universe. One had quietly slipped down to Oa Star to undo the seal on Volthoom, the First Lantern, and was making preparations. Another had tried to gather the many Stellar-class powerhouses to attack He-El, only to be killed by a single blast from his eyes.
