The Hall of Justice Gathers

Batman's black-clad figure knelt on one knee amid the Hall of Justice, which had been smashed into ruins. He held The Flash and Green Lantern in his arms, raised his lowered head, and looked up at the saucer-shaped spacecraft with a grim expression beneath his mask. "It's Batman!" An onlooker shouted loudly, tears of joy streaming down his face. The Justice League had not been completely defeated. There was still Batman, a human.
