The Savage Beast (Please Follow)

At night, in a tightly sealed Bio-Lab on the outskirts of New York City, the lights were still blazing. Several scientists in white lab coats busied themselves in the laboratory, conducting various experiments. A balding researcher slowly stepped away from the microscope at the lab bench. He then opened the sealed safe behind him, took out a vial of pale yellow serum, and slowly walked into a heavily isolated special room. At the center of the room, on a metal operating table, was a homeless man bound in restraints.
