The Shift of Power

Ling Wanqing has returned here very few times over these years, as she has been busy with matters related to Cultivating.

She would only meet up with Su Yu when he went to that world.

She is not very clear about the events that have occurred over these years, as she hasn't really taken the time to understand them.

Su Yu is different; although he is also basically in closed-door Cultivation, the difference is that he still knows what has been happening outside.

Over these years, the Spirit Domain hasn't changed much, nothing more than which power had something happen to it.

Or which powers have had some formidable Prodigies or Elders appear.

There have also been many stories about the Disciples and Elders who showed off their skills after emerging from the last Secret Realm.

Those Elders were envied by many for their luck and the like.

Of course, there have been some Sects that are moving forward continuously, while others have begun to decline.

The lack of new Disciples with good Aptitude, combined with other factors, has caused these Sects to edge closer and closer to decline.

For Sects with some heritage, it's fine and they can still hold on, but for some small Sects, it is a devastating blow.

Some will even be annexed by other Sects.

Often, Cultivators will have the ambition to create their own Sect, hoping to lead it to the Peak.

Becoming a Sect known to every household, or becoming one of the Twelve Super Sects.

Many people have these thoughts in their hearts.

But when they go to realize them, they discover just how difficult it is.

Various factors are hindering their development.

Creating a Sect is not simple; not only does one need sufficient strength, but one also needs a series of talents and so on.

One must have capabilities in all aspects, plus a certain amount of luck to succeed.

Many people with such dreams have been buried in this process.

There are also those who have lost their lives in the process; once a Sect is established, one must be prepared to be at odds with others, as one might inadvertently provoke someone's interests.

It is not uncommon for Disciples or Elders to inadvertently cause trouble that implicates the Sect, so the founder's strength must be up to par.

But this is nothing; there will always be people who successfully break through and create a decent power.

And over these years, such a power has appeared.

This Sect has just been established for a hundred years, and it can be said that its heritage is very low, or even that it has no heritage at all.

However, this Sect has gained quite a reputation in some places.

Its founder has the cultivation of Body Integration Peak, yet most people do not know who this person is, nor have they heard of his name.

It is said that he is a reclusive Cultivator who has emerged, and this strength is already more than enough.

In over a hundred years, he has made the Sect's name known.

Attracting the attention of many people.

This point has led many people from other Sects to discuss this matter.

The Body Integration Peak cultivation gave this Sect enough early-stage advantages, combined with that person's unique vision and strategies.

Many talents emerged in the Sect, which also allowed the Sect to develop.

But all in all, it seems that there will still be many difficulties for them in the future.

Some old powers have also started to become active.

There have even been appearances of people from legendary powers.

But others think these are just rumors.

However, in these hundred-plus years, no one has appeared who has achieved Ascension.

People in the Spirit Domain are looking forward to other Prodigies from Ye Lin's generation achieving Ascension again.

To crush the arrogance of the Demonic Path from last time.

As for Su Yu, over these years, the two of them would occasionally receive messages from Han Shi and the others.

Asking them to come over and gather; under normal circumstances, Su Yu would always go.

Han Shi and the others haven't changed much, and they are living very comfortably within their Sect.

There has been quite a bit of progress in their cultivation, and the same goes for Han Ting; Han Ting's cultivation has already surpassed Han Shi's by a bit.

Han Ting now has quite a lot of prestige within the Sect.

Her Dao of the Sword is the object of worship for many Disciples, and it seems she even has a unique nickname within the Sect.

Many Disciples want to take her as their Master, but Han Ting has never taken any Disciples, which is different from her father, Han Shi.

Han Shi basically takes in any Disciple he encounters who is decent.

At most, Han Ting just gives some guidance to the Disciples under Han Shi.

This also makes Han Shi even more sought after in the eyes of the Disciples.

If it weren't for the fact that Han Shi practices the Dao of the Spear and the two are different, Han Shi's status would be even higher.

For Han Shi and the others, compared to when they were in the Southern Domain, they are now much more relaxed and have fewer worries here.

And they don't need to worry about things like lifespan for the time being; they still have a long time ahead.

Han Shi's Sect is also one of the several Sects responsible for recruiting personnel teleported to the Spirit Domain from below.

They are quite knowledgeable about the people who have been teleported up from below over these years.

Over so many years, a few more people have come up from the Southern Domain, including people from their Xuantian Sect, but they happened to be absent at the time and missed them, so they didn't come to their Sect.

Otherwise, if they had seen them, those few people would definitely have chosen to join their Sect.

There have also been many people from other regions teleported up, but they haven't seen anyone with particularly stunning talent.

When they gathered, they talked about many topics, and even wondered how Ye Lin is doing now, and whether he has made a name for himself in the Immortal Realm.

Or whether he has encountered any danger.

But at this moment, Ye Lin in the Immortal Realm is looking at Qing Ling before him.

"Brother Ling, this pressure is just too great; if I slack off even a little, I might not be able to keep up."

"Last time, I was almost expelled from the Sect because my qualifications weren't enough, and those people didn't really pay any attention to me."

Qing Ling looked at Ye Lin and said, "I told you before, this place is not simple; you need to work harder. This is currently the most suitable place for you to build a good Foundation; only here will you be able to go further in the future."

"If you are expelled from the Sect, then your future will be worrisome; the Immortal Realm is not as simple as you imagine."

"You have been in this Immortal Realm for so long, yet you have only traveled to a few places, and your experience is far from enough. Some things are far beyond your imagination; it's useless for me to say it—you have to experience it yourself."

"Furthermore, up until now, you haven't even been able to see your Master, let alone anything else."

Ye Lin also nodded, "I know, the Immortal Realm is truly so different."

"I need to work harder, or I'll be at the bottom again; that feeling is really not pleasant, and I don't know when I will be able to truly see Master."

Qing Ling thought for a moment, "Don't be anxious; when you finish Cultivating this, I will take you to a place."

"Brother Ling, you still understand me best; without you, I would be finished."

"It seems you have quite a bit of self-awareness."

Ye Lin has always kept Qing Ling's help in his heart, as if he were his second parent.

He understands that without Qing Ling, there would be no him today; perhaps he might still be in the Southern Domain.
