When they saw him Blink onto the RV’s roof and mock the Department of Mutant Affairs, Aiden, Belt, and the others immediately tensed up, watching him with wary expressions.

Though they were all mutants, they had no goodwill toward mutants like Richard who refused to obey the Mutant Restriction Act.

In their eyes, it was precisely because mutants like Richard refused to obey the law that mutants continued to be discriminated against by ordinary people.

Neither Aiden and Belt nor the other Mutant Agents answered Richard.

Or rather, they answered him with their actions.

Aiden and Belt activated their powers at the same time, launching the first attack.

Aiden, who possessed Fire Manipulation, raised his right hand and aimed his palm at Richard on the RV’s roof.
