Time-Space Fusion
"Is this the trump card you planned to use against the Blood God? How absurd."
Nemesis was thoroughly disdainful. The Hulks did not waste words. Roaring, they charged at Nemesis with thunderous steps.
With a wave of Nemesis’s hand, all the Hulks collapsed to the ground and turned back into Dr. Banner—Nemesis had used the Reality Stone to alter the rules of anger, stripping the Hulks of their rage.
The Kang the Conquerors were dumbfounded. They had never expected their trump card to be so utterly fragile—they had only developed Ancient God-level Hulks so far. They had yet to create Creator God-level Hulks.
"Hulk’s power comes from anger. With the Blood God’s abilities, stripping away that anger would be effortless."
Nemesis said, "Your plan was destined to fail from the very beginning, because you have no idea how powerful the Blood God is. You may be intelligent, but you have never encountered a Creator God."
At this point, Nemesis sighed inwardly. She had also underestimated the Blood God. Otherwise, she would not have lost this battle, much less so miserably.
"Our Incredible Hulk project isn’t complete yet."
One Kang the Conqueror shouted unwillingly, "If it were complete, we might not be unable to deal with you."
"We will not submit. We are conquerors, not the conquered."
Another Kang the Conqueror said, "However, we can cooperate. Clearly, your enemy is also the Blood God."
"You can resist the Light of the Mind, so you barely qualify to be my subordinates rather than puppets."
As Nemesis spoke, she put away the Infinity Stones. Kang the Conqueror let out a sigh of relief. That feeling of possibly losing themselves at any moment had been truly terrifying.
"The most important thing in cooperation is both sides’ goals. We want to rule this multiverse."
Kang the Conqueror asked, "Honored lady, what is your goal?"
"My goal is to devour the Blood God and destroy this universe."
Nemesis manifested a high-backed chair and sat down. "I have no interest in the multiverse. Afterward, you may conquer it yourselves. For now, I need you to do something."
The Kang the Conquerors were somewhat displeased by Nemesis’s lofty tone, but they did not dare show it. A Female Kang the Conqueror asked, "Honored lady, what do you want us to do?"
"Merge the parallel timelines and rebuild the Sacred Timeline."
Nemesis spoke, and all the Kang the Conquerors were stunned. One of them frowned and said, "Madam, if the parallel timelines merge, only one Kang the Conqueror will remain among us."
When parallel timelines merged, identical individuals would be randomly erased, leaving only one behind, much like what had happened with Earth and Mutant Planet.
"There has only ever been one emperor. When have there ever been a group of emperors?"
Nemesis said disdainfully, "Besides, I am not asking you. I am ordering you."
"That does make sense."
A Black Kang the Conqueror said bloodthirstily. The other Kang the Conquerors all snorted coldly, murder filling their eyes. There could indeed be only one emperor—or rather, only one conqueror.
Kang the Conqueror asked, "Honored lady, why do you want to merge the parallel timelines? Is it to deal with the Blood God?"
"Yes. The Blood God’s greatest reliance is the Mind Sea. Once the parallel timelines merge, the Mind Sea will slip from his control."
Nemesis nodded. "Furthermore, merging parallel timelines will generate immense chaos energy. That energy may even be enough to destroy a universe—for example, the Main Universe where the Blood God resides."
In truth, this was only one of Nemesis’s goals. Her primary goal was to restore her strength—once the parallel timelines merged, the Infinity Stones would completely become one. Then, she would be able to summon the Ego Stone and return to her peak strength.
Once she returned to her peak, she would not even regard the Blood God’s true body as a threat, let alone one of his avatars. After all, when she was born, the multiverse did not even exist.
"Energy capable of destroying a universe?"
All the Kang the Conquerors’ eyes lit up at once. This was the ultimate weapon they had dreamed of. With it, their conquest of the multiverse would be at least three times faster.
The Kang the Conquerors exchanged glances, then said to Nemesis, "Honored lady, we are willing to merge the parallel timelines for you."
"Very good. Begin. With your intelligence and my power, rebuilding the Sacred Timeline will not be difficult."
Nemesis nodded in satisfaction. If a Black Kang the Conqueror could accomplish it, then Nemesis together with a group of Kang the Conquerors could naturally do the same.
"Blood God, I hope you like my gift."
Nemesis murmured, "Over all these long years, you are the first man to make me feel joy and anticipation."
Nemesis’s anticipation came both from the world behind Wang Bert and from Wang Bert himself—she liked surprises. Surprises made her feel alive.
Earth!
With sufficient food supplies, along with Wang Bert secretly guiding things through Mind Power, Earth gradually regained order. At the same time, the public forgot about Tyrant Old Tony. They only remembered that Iron Man and the other Super Heroes had brought back vast amounts of food from outer space and saved Earth once again.
After stabilizing the overall situation, Tony took control of Stark Industries and began rebuilding the Avengers. He intended to make his mark in this universe and become its absolute protagonist.
"Morgan, you have to finish your meal before you can have dessert."
Tony spoke to Little Morgan, who wanted dessert. Though she was a little reluctant, Little Morgan obediently nodded. "Got it, Second Dad."
Watching Little Morgan go back to eating her bread, Tony felt like crying. This was the little darling he had always wanted. Unlike the one in the Main Universe, who could fly into a headbutt and ram her father when she was barely over a year old—she was the most black-hearted of all black-hearted little darlings.
"It’s all the Blood God’s fault."
Tony gritted his teeth. If the Blood God had not strengthened Little Morgan and Little Murphy, how could his home have become Hell? Worse still, he was the one responsible for being the punching bag.
"Your emotions are much richer than Old Tony’s."
Pepper sighed as she ate salad. "Whether in appearance or temperament, you really are like Old Tony’s son. It’s hard to imagine that the two of you are actually the same person."
"Why does it feel like you’re taking advantage of me?"
Tony rolled his eyes. "With the Blood God in the Main Universe, I’ve barely suffered any setbacks, so naturally I have a younger mindset. Little Pepper is about the same as me. Oh, and her training has paid off, so she looks even younger than I do.
"Pepper, after you go to the Main Universe, you can learn ‘qi’ from her, then use Old Tony as a punching bag. Don’t worry about him getting angry. The more you hit him, the more he’ll love you."
"You actually have that kind of hobby?"
Pepper asked in surprise, "Are you digging your own grave?"
"No, I’m helping Old Tony return to normal so he won’t go to extremes again."
Tony said righteously, "If something can’t be solved, just beat it up. If that still doesn’t work, then beat it up twice."
"Beat it twice, beat it twice!"
Little Morgan had no idea what Tony was talking about, but she happily shouted along. Pepper could not help laughing. "After Old Tony is revived, will everything really go back to normal?"
"Don’t worry, there won’t be any problems. The cloning technology in our Main Universe is very advanced."
Tony spoke, but at that moment, Friday issued a warning. "Mr. Stark, a group of Iron Man Armor is approaching. According to the scans, they are Mark Iron Man Armor, but their serial numbers are not from our universe."
"People from another universe? Looks like Kang the Conqueror is making his move again."
Tony immediately stood up. "Friday, notify the Avengers to raise their guard. Pepper, stay inside with Little Morgan. Don’t go out."
Pepper nodded. "All right. Be careful."
"Relax, I’m the strongest Iron Man in all the worlds."
Tony swaggered out of the house. Pepper shook her head helplessly. "Looks like the me from the Main Universe has it rough too. At her age, she still has to keep raising a child."
Before his transformation, Tony had been a big child himself.
In the forest outside, a group of Iron Man Armor stopped in front of Tony. Fearless, Tony sneered, "Mark 50 Armor. Obsolete technology."
"Now I finally know why people always want to punch me."
One suit’s faceplate lifted, revealing a middle-aged Tony. He studied Tony and asked suspiciously, "Wait, aren’t you a little too young?"
"Would you believe me if I told you I can live for at least a thousand years?"
Tony asked, "Which universe are you from? What do you want?"
S1 Tony fell silent for a moment, then said, "I want to kill you, kill Pepper, and kill Little Morgan."
"What?"
Tony was utterly shocked. "You’re really my counterpart? You actually want to kill Pepper and Little Morgan? Even if the sky fell, I would never feel killing intent toward them."
"The problem is, the sky really is falling."
S1 Tony sighed. "The parallel timelines are about to merge. When that happens, only one counterpart can survive. All the rest will be erased. I have to make sure that my Pepper and my Little Morgan are the ones who survive."
"Parallel timeline fusion? The Sacred Timeline?"
Tony froze. "Buddy, there has to be another way. We don’t need to kill each other. We’re the good guys."
"For my universe, I am indeed one of the good guys."
S1 Tony said, "I’ll make your deaths quick. After killing you, I still have to kill the Iron Men from other universes."
With that, S1 Tony lowered his faceplate. He and the other Iron Man Armor raised their arms together, and the light of Pulse Cannons shone from their palms.
"This is troublesome."
Tony sighed. His right hand equipped the Anti-Iron Man Armor, then he slashed through the air. Apart from the Mark 50 Armor, all the other Iron Man Armor were cut in half and crashed to the ground with a series of bangs.
Though the Mark 50 Armor had not been cut in half, its faceplate was ripped away. S1 Tony stood there with a dumbfounded expression.
S1 Tony shouted in disbelief, "That’s impossible. How can you be this powerful? I even detected temporal fluctuations just now."
"Sorry, bro, I’m not on the same level as you guys. I’m the number one Iron Man in all the worlds."
Tony stepped forward and knocked S1 Tony unconscious. Then he returned to the house and called to Pepper, "Pepper, pack up. We’re going to the Avengers Base. Things are a little troublesome."
Pepper asked, "How troublesome?"
"Very troublesome. A group of Iron Men wants to kill us, and countless Super Heroes want to destroy Earth."
Tony shrugged. "Friday, highest alert level. Also, inform the Blood God about what just happened."
Pepper asked in surprise, "Weren’t you going to be the savior yourself?"
"How could I not cling to such a thick thigh? More importantly, I might not be able to handle this myself. I need the Blood God to keep an eye on things."
Tony said, "I do want to be a savior, but I’m not some irresponsible, impulsive young man. I know what matters more."
Pepper looked at Tony admiringly. "If I have a son in the future, I hope he’ll be like you."
Tony complained, "Thanks. By the way, are you sure you’re not taking advantage of me?"
At the Avengers Base in the suburbs, the Avengers had gathered together. Facing them was a group of Avengers identical to themselves—these Avengers were imprisoned inside energy cages.
The captive Avengers stared at their counterparts, looking as though their entire worldview had collapsed. Was this a joke? Why were the Avengers of this universe so powerful? "I never realized my former self was so weak and stupid."
Thor looked at his counterpart and mocked, "He actually kicked down the door and came in to challenge me one-on-one. Is his brain made entirely of muscle?"
It was worth mentioning that S1 Thor on the other side could not hear Thor’s mockery, because the energy cage blocked sound.
"Isn’t that a universally acknowledged fact?"
Loki said disdainfully. S1 Loki had come as well, and she had been easily dealt with by Loki. After all, she had seen the world.
"It’s not that our past selves were weak. It’s that we’re too strong now."
Steve said with a smile. Captain America from the other universe had not come along, so he was in a very good mood.
"That’s right, we’re too strong."
Everyone nodded. Not only had they loaded Creator God-level CPUs, they had also participated in battles against gods and Ancient Gods one after another. Their strength had long since become incomparable to what it once was.
Only Dr. Banner felt a little awkward. Though he had improved considerably too, he had nearly been beaten flat by the rage-filled Hulk. In the end, he had relied on his intelligence to defeat his opponent.
Dr. Banner thought to himself, I need to finish researching that thing as soon as possible. I’m the strongest Avenger. I can’t hold everyone back.
"You people have the nerve to say I love showing off every day. Aren’t you all the same?"
Tony complained, "All right, stop showing off. Think about what we should do next. Parallel timeline fusion is no small matter."
"I questioned them earlier. They all come from the same universe."
Steve said, "After discussing it, they decided to destroy the Earths of other universes to ensure their own Earth would not be affected.
"Now, we need to consider two things. First, how do we stop people from other universes from coming here to cause trouble? This place will probably get very lively.
"Second, what should we do? Should we clear out the Earths of other universes like they do, or do nothing at all?"
"With our strength, we should be able to crush the other universes."
Falcon said, "In other words, we have the ability to deal with the Earths of other universes."
"Mr. Falcon, how can we do something like that?"
Spider-Man shouted.
"I’m only making a suggestion. If you don’t want to, I won’t do anything, and I can’t do anything."
Falcon explained first, then asked, "Peter, are you willing to let yourself and your aunt be replaced by someone else?"
