Two lives, two brothers

"Ah!" Watching Qin Ming break through the Formation and soar into the sky, the Martial Venerable of the Pill Alliance let out an angry roar.

This had been meticulously prepared for Qin Ming; he had planned for this for a long time.

Most importantly, Qin Ming had already suffered a loss once, so he would surely be extremely careful in the future; such an opportunity would almost certainly never arise again.

The expressions of the other Martial Venerables were also unsightly. They now realized that this Qin Ming, despite his young age, was more troublesome than an old fox and extremely difficult to deal with.

With so many Martial Venerables present, hostages in hand, and a Formation set up, it could be said that they had been foolproof.

After all, there were only twelve Martial Venerables in the Great Xia Dynasty, and they had seven of them lying in ambush.

Qin Ming could not have had time to find helpers; they had successfully isolated him and forced him to come. Yet, even with this, they had failed, allowed Qin Ming to rescue the person, and despite having the advantage of the right time, the right place, and the right people, they still could not keep Qin Ming. What other methods could they possibly use to deal with him in the future?

"No, we cannot let him get away just like that. He just used such an ultimate technique; he must be exhausted now. There is still a chance."

The Heavenly Demon Sect was the first to react. Although Qin Ming's powerful appearance and heaven-shaking strike had shocked them, he still noticed from the details that Qin Ming was merely holding on through sheer force of will, lacking both physical strength and Spiritual Qi.

"Right, chase him!" the other Martial Venerables said one after another. After this battle, they all realized that the threat Qin Ming posed was even greater than they had imagined. If they could not destroy him now, once he caught his breath…

They would not even need to wait for him to become a Martial Saint; it was estimated that all of them would be in trouble.

Furthermore, it was too early to give up. Perhaps if they pursued him, there was still hope of catching him?

Seeing that they were not pursuing him, the flying Qin Ming could not help but heave a sigh of relief in his heart and continued to fly toward the Secret Realm.

Unexpectedly, not long after, the enemies caught up again.

"Damn it, I have no physical strength left. I must reach the Secret Realm before my stamina runs out."

Qin Ming had never encountered such a situation before. Usually, in battles, one ran out of Spiritual Qi. He had never heard of a Martial Artist whose physical stamina ran out before their Spiritual Qi, unless they were a Body Refining Martial Artist.

Taking a Medicinal Pill from his space ring, he swallowed it and continued to advance toward the Secret Realm.

This Medicinal Pill could only replenish Spiritual Qi; it could not replenish physical strength.

With crimson eyes, Qin Ming flew desperately toward the Secret Realm: "After this, I must research a Medicinal Pill that replenishes physical strength."

"Qin Ming, let me go. You have no physical strength left now. If you let me go, you will definitely be able to survive."

Jue Wuya saw that Qin Ming's expression was weary, he was breathing heavily, and the sweat flowing from his body was actually cold—this was a sign of total exhaustion.

"Two lifetimes, two brothers. I will not let go, not even in death."

Qin Ming gritted his teeth and said, word by word. He felt his mind becoming somewhat hazy, so he bit his tongue hard again. A metallic, bloody taste appeared; unable to swallow it in time, some of it trickled from the corner of his mouth.

"Two lifetimes, two brothers." Jue Wuya's eyes were filled with tears. Although he did not understand why it wasn't one lifetime, one brother, he could feel the extent of the importance Qin Ming placed on him.

Holding back tears and gritting his teeth, Jue Wuya stopped speaking. Qin Ming, meanwhile, secretly tried his best to encourage himself, persisting in flying toward the Secret Realm. Every time he felt he could not fly anymore, he would think of his father, mother, and younger sister in the Secret Realm, then force himself to pull it together, suppressing the intense exhaustion of his body, and struggle to persist.

He knew that if he were caught by the enemy, he would undoubtedly die. If he died, no one would be able to protect his Family.

"Hurry, Qin Ming is about to collapse. We have a chance." The Martial Venerable of the Heavenly Demon Sect laughed loudly. They were now very close to Qin Ming, and he believed that after a while, when Qin Ming's stamina was even worse, they would definitely be able to catch up.

With Qin Ming's current state, he could win with just one hand. As long as they caught up, Qin Ming would undoubtedly die.
