Ultron’s Fury
"Who are you?" Captain America looked up at Xiao Hen in the sky and asked solemnly.
"My name is Xiao Hen. I already said that." Since Vision’s body could not be damaged, Xiao Hen could only store him, along with the Mind Stone in his forehead, in the Super String Space first, where the Main God Avatar would be responsible for extracting the Mind Stone.
He wondered how much attention the World Will of this Marvel Universe would pay him after losing two Infinity Stones. Come to think of it, ever since he had arrived in this world, the Shuttle had not given him any Plot Quests, and the World Will had not caused him any trouble. Had it forgotten about him?
Of course, that was impossible. Perhaps the troublemakers were still on their way. Well, perhaps these protagonists before him were also part of the trouble coming for him.
Still, as he had said before, there were very few people on Earth who could threaten Xiao Hen. Even counting the mutants, only two could endanger his life: Wanda and Jean once they had fully matured.
Yes, both were women. Among the men, even the Hulk could be dealt with by Xiao Hen. The Hulk grew stronger the angrier he became. His rage had no limit, and neither did his power. In the end, he could even destroy Earth with a single blow.
Yet such an attack was still nothing to Xiao Hen. With his current true body, he could casually destroy Earth, or even annihilate a star with one strike. If he unleashed his full strength, he would dare to wipe out the entire Solar System.
As a Main God-level Main God Avatar, its raw power might not be particularly high. At most, it could destroy dozens or hundreds of Solar System-sized star systems with one blow. But if the Main God Avatar used the power of space and time under its control, its might would be far greater. Destroying the entire Milky Way Galaxy would be no problem at all.
As Magneto’s daughter, Wanda possessed tremendous potential. Once she matured, she would definitely be no weaker than the Main God Avatar, perhaps even stronger. Jean required even less explanation. The Phoenix Force was an existence capable of destroying the universe. At her peak, she could even reach the level of the Five Elders—namely, the Supreme God level.
"You’re not one of Ultron’s people?" Seeing Ultron’s fury, Steve had a thought and asked. He shared the same initial impression as the Black Widow. When he first saw Xiao Hen seize the Regeneration Cradle, he had assumed Xiao Hen was also working for Ultron. After all, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver had previously been Ultron’s allies, but now they seemed to have fallen out with him.
"Of course not!" Xiao Hen slowly descended, his expression gentle as he said, "The one inside the Regeneration Cradle is the body Ultron prepared for himself. My goal is the same as yours. I acted to stop Ultron from obtaining that body. The cradle is safer with me!"
With a mild expression, Xiao Hen spouted lies that even he did not believe. Although Captain America was suspicious, he believed Xiao Hen’s words. The Black Widow, however, had once been an agent and was not so easily convinced, especially by a stranger who had suddenly appeared—and who was also incredibly powerful. As she watched the mild-looking Xiao Hen, the Black Widow’s eyes flickered, and no one knew what she was thinking.
"Romanoff, where’s Barton?" Captain America watched Ultron flying over in the distance with vigilance as he questioned the Black Widow.
"Barton was being hunted by Ultron’s robots. We don’t know whether he’s escaped them yet," the Black Widow said gravely.
"Hey, I’m fine. Where are you? I’ll come over right now!" Barton’s voice rang out over the Avengers’ internal channel.
"You’re all right, Barton? That’s great." Dr. Banner’s voice sounded, and then he asked, "Natasha, how are things over there? Is the Regeneration Cradle all right?"
"The cradle was taken by a stranger, but as long as Ultron didn’t get it, we can still deal with this," Captain America said in a deep voice.
"A stranger?" Tony’s voice suddenly rang out. After all, Vision inside the cradle was a masterpiece he had helped create. Vibranium and Vanadium Alloy formed the materials, Jiavis served as the consciousness, and the Mind Stone provided the source of life. It was a top-tier weapon!
"Yes, an Asian man named Xiao Hen," Captain America said.
"There’s no one like that in the files. Could he be a newly emerged mutant?" Tony muttered.
"Are you a mutant too?" Scarlet Witch looked at Xiao Hen and asked with a frown. As Magneto’s daughter, Wanda knew more about mutants than Tony and the others. As far as she knew, there was no mutant named Xiao Hen. This man was so powerful that if he truly were a mutant, there was no way there would be no record of him. That left her puzzled.
"No, I’m not a mutant. If I had to put it that way, I’m more like Thor," Xiao Hen explained with a faint smile. Since he had no intention of falling out with the Superheroes, he might as well act a little more amicably.
"You’re one of the gods?" Natasha suddenly raised her head. Could the man before her be an Asgardian?
"More or less, but I have nothing to do with Thor’s pantheon," Xiao Hen said.
"Oh." The Black Widow lowered her head, and no one knew what she was thinking.
"Enough! What are you all muttering about?" Ultron roared from above. "You damned bastard, hand over the cradle, or you’ll taste death!" Ultron pointed at Xiao Hen and spoke furiously, but it did not attack first. It had seen the cradle vanish from Xiao Hen’s hand, and killing him before recovering it was not a good idea.
"The cradle? That’s impossible. If you don’t want to die, get lost," Xiao Hen said calmly as he turned to look at Ultron.
"Kill me? Hahaha, you think you can kill me? No one in this world can kill me!" Ultron sneered.
Captain America turned to Xiao Hen. "Killing Ultron is extremely difficult. It exists on the internet. These robots before us are merely its bodies. Unless every network terminal on Earth is destroyed, it is effectively immortal."
"Oh." Xiao Hen nodded calmly. Of course, he knew all that. But competing in network technology? If Ultron wanted to die, that was not the way to go about it. Leaving aside everything else, the Shuttle in Xiao Hen’s possession could instantly eliminate Ultron. Not to mention the Koolm people in his Super String Space—they wielded the power of a Level 7 Civilization. There were also angels from countless worlds, and surely some of them were network experts. In the hands of such forces, on Earth, a Tier-3 Civilization, killing Ultron would be ridiculously easy.
"You think that because you’re immortal, you have nothing to fear." Xiao Hen shook his head. "In truth, you have no idea that before absolute power, you are pathetically weak!"
"You damned bastard! The great Ultron is omnipotent! I’ll crush every bone in your body right now!" Ultron could not stand being called weak. As an intelligent life-form that wanted to create a new world, it could not lack strength. This man who had suddenly appeared had not only stolen its body, but also called it weak. That was unforgivable. It had to capture him and let him experience the might of the great Ultron.
