Welcome, President, to Another Inspection of S.H.I.E.L.D.

S.H.I.E.L.D.'s base stood on a small island off Washington, connected by a highway bridge. From afar, the Washington Monument was visible. The day was bright and clear, the sky a flawless blue without a cloud in sight. A heavily armed convoy arrived along the highway bridge. Dressed in a black leather coat, Nick Fury stood straight before the entrance plaza of the Triskelion Building, his eye fixed on the convoy approaching from the highway bridge. Even now, he still had his doubts.
