Welcome to the Yellow Lantern Corps

In an asteroid belt, the Parallax monster lay comfortably in its nest. Its long, narrow golden body sprawled lazily across a large asteroid, blazing yellow radiance bursting forth without restraint and dyeing a vast region in dazzling color. Its insect-like body had enormous wings spread open along its back, lying flat on either side. The Parallax monster was one of the ancient creatures of the universe, a peculiar being condensed from countless emotions of fear.
