A Bizarre Nation

"Loki?"

The moment he heard that name, Thor completely lost his composure.

If there was one thing Thor cared about most in this world, it was undoubtedly Thor’s Hammer Mjolnir. And if there was one person he cared about most, it was undoubtedly his younger brother, Loki.

As Marvel World’s biggest brother-con, Thor’s feelings for Loki could be witnessed by heaven and earth, sun and moon alike. Ever since he had smashed the Bifrost to save Jotunheim and stop it, sending Loki to who knew where, Thor had been deeply blaming himself. Now that he had heard news of Loki’s whereabouts, he was immediately fired up.

"Tell me, where is he now? I’m going to find him!"

Thor looked extremely eager, as though he wanted to leave right away.

"Look at yourself. What do you think you look like?"

Wang Wei rolled his eyes and said irritably, "What’s the rush? Your brother Loki isn’t some naive young maiden. Are you afraid someone will trick him away?"

"Heh, hehe…"

Thor scratched his head awkwardly. That was true. Loki was crafty as hell. It was already a blessing if he did not scam other people—why would Thor worry about someone bullying him?

So why was he panicking?

After joining the Chinese military, Thor had long since stopped being as reckless as before. He had learned to think before acting. He had only gotten worked up because he had suddenly heard Loki’s name, but Wang Wei’s words quickly calmed him down.

Heh, Loki was on Earth anyway. He could go find him whenever he wanted. No rush, no rush.

"So, shall we continue sparring?"

Leng Feng approached with a grin. He truly wanted to beat Thor up.

After all, before he had evolved, Thor had beaten him senseless whenever he got the chance.

If he did not settle that score, Leng Feng always felt like something was missing.

"…"

Thor was speechless. Deep down, he refused. He did not want to spar with Chinese soldiers anymore. Back in Asgard, he was still a prince, a top fighter in the army, the very embodiment of martial strength. Yet here in China, he was constantly getting put in his place.

If he had not practiced so many combat techniques over the past thousand years, any random soldier could probably beat him until he could not walk.

Thor was not actually stupid. On the contrary, he was quite intelligent. He was simply too impulsive and never considered consequences, which made him seem like a reckless brute. Well, not seem—he was a reckless brute.

After witnessing the changes in most Chinese people, he had clearly guessed that Chen Mu might truly have unlocked humanity’s Life Equation. He had even found something special and engraved abilities such as controlling lightning into the genes of the Chinese people.

This was practically the emergence of a new race capable of standing shoulder to shoulder with the Asgardians!

All of this left Thor no choice but to admire Chen Mu.

He knew perfectly well that on Earth, Chen Mu was the only person who could possibly unlock the Life Equation!

"Stop fooling around. Isn’t Thor leaving in a while? Let’s go have some fun." Wang Wei patted Leng Feng on the shoulder and said with a smile, "Those Indians have been getting pretty cocky online lately. Yesterday, they even tried sneaking onto our territory to build an observation tower. They have no respect for us at all."

"They’ve also been mouthing off online, saying our border troops have run out of supplies and that we’re wearing short-sleeved summer clothes on the plateau because we do not even have proper clothes. Did they not stop to think? Where the hell would summer come from in the snowy mountains?"

It had to be said that Earth was home to all kinds of races, with bizarre specimens everywhere. Since arriving at this border unit, Thor’s eyes had truly been opened.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let’s get them!"

Leng Feng raised his brows. He was a hot-blooded young man—how could he tolerate the Indians picking a fight?

"We definitely can’t show up directly."

Wang Wei smiled. "Later, we’ll all unleash lightning on the Indian base. Thor, you guide it, and we’ll send them another round of Divine Retribution."

"Understood. No problem!"

Thor had also been thoroughly speechless over the Indians’ bizarre behavior these past few months. Still, he had worked with his comrades several times to mess with them.

Using Thor’s Hammer to control lightning, together with Thor’s many years of experience, they combined the Thunder Force of ten or twenty soldiers and directly summoned heavenly lightning to scour the Indian camp. Quite a few Indians were killed, yet the Indians believed that the gods were angry. Those who survived kept kneeling and begging the heavens for forgiveness.

Finding it rather entertaining, Thor and the others would occasionally sneak near the Indian military camp in groups and use lightning to toy with them.

Why should they show mercy to enemies who dared provoke their country?

In any case, it was not the Chinese who had done it. It was Thor, prince of Asgard. Even if they were discovered, the Indians could go take their grievances to Asgard!

Completely unaware that he was being used, Thor was always happy to join his comrades in messing with the Indians from time to time. Over the past few years, the Chinese border personnel had barely changed, but the Indians had already rotated through more than a dozen batches.

Of course, even if Thor knew, he would not take it too seriously. In the heart of this Asgardian, the only people on Earth worthy of a second glance were the Chinese. As for everyone else?

Heh, taking one more look at them would count as his loss!

And as for India?

After all these years of contact and reading reports about them online, Thor felt that they did not even deserve to be called human. He would not spare them a proper glance.

It was only because modern Chinese people loved peace. Otherwise, they would have long since wiped out every country that dared provoke them!

This was also something Thor had never quite understood. China clearly possessed unmatched power, so why were they still so kind?

If it were Asgard, a country like India, constantly provoking them now and then, would have been wiped out long ago!

"I saw the news recently. It said four Indians had sex with a Bengal Monitor Lizard. Damn, just thinking about it makes me sick."

Wang Wei shuddered and spoke with a disgusted expression.

Indians truly were a bizarre race.

And apparently, those four Indians had not only targeted the Bengal Monitor Lizard. They had done the same thing to other animals as well. The incident had only come to light because those perverts had recorded videos of it…

There was truly nothing to say.

"Bengal Monitor Lizard?"

Thor, who normally did not pay attention to such matters, looked curious. He was not from Earth and had no real concept of what a monitor lizard was.

"That’s right. Just what you’re thinking—a huge lizard."

Seeing Thor’s curious expression, Wang Wei explained it directly.

"Holy shit! There’s actually a disgusting race like the Indians in this world? Why keep them around? Just slaughter them all!"

Thor felt a wave of revulsion and looked thoroughly disgusted.

Just hearing the report made him feel sick.
