Avengers Assemble

Thanos’s words made everyone’s hearts sink. All this time, Wang Bert had been the one saving them. Now that Wang Bert was down, what were they supposed to do? "Doom, prepare to ram it. The sooner, the better."

Tony said helplessly. Just then, Wang Bert’s voice came through the communicator. "Hey, hey, don’t make it sound so casual. That Celestial Head cost me trillions. You think you can just ram it? Besides, you can’t ram it to death, okay? There’s an ancient god inside that meteor."

Everyone froze for a moment, then erupted in joy, as if they had found their backbone again. Tony cursed, "A scourge lives for a thousand years. I knew you wouldn’t die that easily."

"We may be friends, but if you keep talking nonsense, I’ll still sue you for slander."

Wang Bert rolled his neck and said unhappily. Seeing that he had returned to normal, Elektra and Wanda were overjoyed. Sure enough, their master, Bert, would never let them down.

"How is this possible? Why couldn’t even Death kill him?"

Thanos and Thanos shouted in disbelief at the same time. The Blood God had actually blocked Death!

"Of course I’m no match for Death, but she took a liking to my handsome face and wanted me to become her subordinate god, so she let me off the hook."

Wang Bert spread his hands. "No helping it. This is a world that judges by looks. You two are so ugly that all you can do is simp. But don’t worry, I didn’t agree to Death’s offer, because I already have wives. Besides, I’m a faithful man."

"What did you say?"

The two Thanoses instantly went berserk. If the Super Heroes had not stopped them, they would have rushed over and chopped Wang Bert to pieces.

"You don’t even understand that? It means your girlfriend isn’t good enough."

Hulk said disdainfully, "Uh, I forgot, you haven’t touched Death. Blood God, ask Death whether she likes my type. I can make a sacrifice."

"Go to hell!"

Thanos slashed at Hulk with a blow that seemed to destroy heaven and earth. Captain Marvel seized the chance and violently rammed her head into Thanos’s forehead. Thanos staggered back dazedly. That woman’s head was way too hard, wasn’t it?

Wang Bert sneered. "Elektra, go help them deal with Thanos. I’ll handle the meteor in space. No one but me can manage it."

"Yes, Master."

Elektra immediately turned into a shadow and vanished. Wanda reminded him, "Bert, be careful. To me, you’re the only one."

"Don’t worry. Your man won’t die."

Wang Bert pulled Wanda into his arms and kissed her. Then, he teleported into space, meeting the ancient god Knull’s gaze from half a Solar System away.

I never expected Knull from the Main Universe not to come, while Knull from Future Time-Space did. Man proposes, heaven disposes.

Wang Bert secretly sighed. Knull from this time-space did not know Wang Bert. He shouted with psychic power, "Leave, or die."

Wang Bert said coldly, "You? You and I were destined to fight. Let’s do it now."

"What are you supposed to be? You think you’re worthy of fighting me?"

Knull sneered and controlled the meteor to change direction, sending it hurtling toward Wang Bert with terrifying speed and momentum. Even a god would be smashed to death alive.

Wang Bert spread his arms. His body rapidly swelled and transformed. Moments later, he became a massive Space Vortex.

Knull froze, hurriedly using his own power to steer the meteor away. At that moment, the Space Vortex spun at high speed, creating an enormous suction force. The meteor flew uncontrollably toward the Space Vortex.

In fact, it was not only the meteor that was affected. Even the Moon’s and Earth’s rotations were disturbed. Fortunately, Wang Bert was far enough away. Otherwise, there might not have been a Moon in the future.

"This guy is actually at the ancient god level too?"

Knull was somewhat shocked. The meteor was moving too fast; under these circumstances, there was no way to escape the vortex’s pull. After thinking for a moment, he used divine power to teleport the Symbiote army to Earth. The Symbiote army rapidly spread through the sky and fell toward Avengers Base like rain.

"You want to protect Earth? Then I’ll destroy it."

Wang Bert sneered. "As long as I’m here, Earth will never be destroyed."

"Too bad you won’t be."

Knull used divine power to pull at the Space Vortex, forcibly dragging Wang Bert away to teleport with him.

"If you want to die, I’ll grant your wish."

Knull’s counterattack was within Wang Bert’s expectations. He did not waste words and vanished from the universe with Knull.

"Bert never disappoints."

Seeing the meteor disappear, everyone could not help but breathe a sigh of relief. Tony shouted, "We can’t let the Symbiotes in the sky fall down! Right, they’re afraid of fire and high-frequency sound waves."

As he spoke, Tony controlled Veronica to fly into the sky and release high-frequency sound waves. Large numbers of Symbiotes vibrated violently in midair before exploding.

Human Torch, Ghost Rider, and the others immediately flew into the sky upon hearing this, burning the Symbiotes with blazing flames. Doom even released a High-Temperature Sun, rapidly reducing the surrounding Symbiotes to ashes.

Seeing this, Thanos knocked Fat Thor back, then rapidly threw out both fists. Countless compressed-air blasts shot into the sky, sending Tony and the others flying away like meteors.

Then, Thanos hurled the Tyrant Blade at the High-Temperature Sun in the air and shouted, "Merge with the Symbiotes and strengthen yourselves! Kill these damned insects!"

"Kill!"

Corvus Glaive was the first to fly up and merge with a Symbiote. Seeing this, the Outriders and Chitauri stood where they were and accepted Symbiote parasitism.

Although the Super Heroes did their best to wipe out the Symbiotes, there were simply too many of them, falling like rain. They could not possibly clear them all. Countless monsters merged with Symbiotes, becoming disgusting creatures like Venom.

They were disgusting, but the Symbiotes were truly powerful and could even heal themselves. The Outriders and Chitauri became vastly stronger, and the Super Heroes gradually began to struggle against them.

Thanos retrieved the Tyrant Blade and merged with a golden god-level Symbiote. Then he raised his blade and roared at Fat Thor and the others, "Today, Earth will definitely be destroyed!"

"Earth will never be destroyed. We killed you before, and we can kill you again."

Future Steve shouted. Just then, a voice came through his communicator. "Captain, this is Sam. Can you hear me?"

Future Steve was overjoyed and hurriedly said, "I hear you. Next, are you going to say, ‘On your left’?"

"How did you know?"

Sam was stunned. Then, one massive portal after another appeared behind the Avengers, and large numbers of reinforcements walked out.

There were the Dora Milaje and Wakanda’s army led by Black Panther, Strange and other Super Heroes who had opened portals back from outer space, the remnants of Asgard’s army, aerial warships, Kamar-Taj sorcerers, and the Earth Allied Forces.

"Victory is certain!"

Black Panther roared, and all the allied forces shouted together, "Victory is certain!"

Future Steve was so excited that he summoned Thor’s Hammer, preparing to shout the greatest line of his life.

At that moment, shouts rang out from both sides at once. "Avengers, assemble!"

Dr. Strange was somewhat surprised. He asked, "Stark, what is going on? Why are there two Thanoses?"

Future Tony shook his head. "But let me make this clear first: no slacking off. Come fight Thanos with us."

Dr. Strange explained. Future Tony sneered. As if he did not know Dr. Strange’s real strength. He said, "Later, sneak attack him and knock his Soul Stone out."

Dr. Strange was even more astonished. "You know that too? Thanos is very strong. I may not be able to do it."

Wanda sighed. "I asked Bert. He said that using the Time Stone to resurrect Vision has roughly a fifty-fifty chance, because Vision has already been resurrected by the Time Stone once."

Future Wanda asked in delight, "There’s really a fifty percent chance Vision can be resurrected?"

"Bert won’t lie to me. We’ll know when the time comes."

Wanda said, "Before that, let’s team up and take down Thanos to avenge Vision."

"Alright."

Future Wanda nodded fiercely and flew with Wanda to Thanos’s side. Then, the two women simultaneously used red light to control the surrounding rocks and smash them toward Thanos.

"Get lost!"

Thanos swung his greatsword and cleaved all the rocks apart in a single strike. It was worth mentioning that he had not merged with a Symbiote, because he did not trust those disgusting things.

Future Wanda angrily raised her hand. Red light enveloped Thanos’s entire body and lifted him into the air.

Then, the red light frantically compressed inward. Thanos’s golden armor made cracking sounds as it caved in.

"Wanda from this time-space is much stronger than me."

Wanda controlled the red light, rapidly stripping the golden armor and weapons from Thanos’s body. At that moment, the two women’s red lights suddenly merged, their power increasing geometrically.

"How did this happen?"

The two Wandas were somewhat surprised, but they did not dwell on it and continued attacking Thanos.

Neither Wanda noticed that as the red light fused, their bodies gradually became identical. At the same time, an indistinct phantom appeared and disappeared behind them.

"Wow, even though this scene appeared in the movie, it still feels unbelievable. Wanda is really this strong?"
