Chapter 48: A False Alarm

“How large can the Monster Factory proliferate?”

Godzilla didn't know the answer to that, but in the early stages, it didn't need to be too big.

Therefore, after expanding to a size of about a thousand meters, Godzilla stopped its expansion.

It began to control these flesh and blood, proliferating a Fusion Reactor.

To be honest, Godzilla found it very difficult to reproduce this thing anywhere else outside its own body.

But that didn't mean it was impossible; it just required a few more failures.

— Deep sea.

After countless failures, Godzilla finally created a Fusion Reactor to power the “Monster Factory.”

This also meant that Godzilla could create any kind of Monster it wanted!

After the core of the “Monster Factory” was completed, the other functions of the factory were also being perfected at an extremely fast pace.

At this rate, all functions would be initially perfected in less than five days.

Five days later.

All functions of the “Monster Factory” were finally perfected, and the first thing Godzilla did was to modify and upgrade the Monster swimming around above its head!

After a conversation that Godzilla didn't even know how to describe, the Monster finally entered the factory and began its transformation.

When the Monster, which the bored Godzilla named Electromagnetic Beast during its transformation, broke through the flesh wall and walked out of the “Monster Factory,” Godzilla immediately sensed the friendly will emanating from the Electromagnetic Beast.

That will was not expressed through actions, but appeared directly in Godzilla's mind in a more advanced way.

More precisely, it was in its sub-brain.

And the Electromagnetic Beast, like a child with a new toy, constantly transmitted its emotions and curiosity to Godzilla.

Although the Electromagnetic Beast's intelligence was not low, because it had not been born for long and had not undergone systematic education, it appeared somewhat silly and cute.

Godzilla had two solutions for this.

Either slowly teach it, or directly cram some basic information into it.

Godzilla had no interest in being a “nanny,” so after tidying up, Godzilla transmitted some basic information to the Electromagnetic Beast and then sent it off to play.

He had more important things to do.

For example, creating Monsters through the “Monster Factory.”

Godzilla did not immediately create large Monsters like the Electromagnetic Beast, but instead began to create smaller Monsters that were more agile and capable of more tasks!

Godzilla used the Alien creatures from the previous world as a template to create a batch of “Engineers” to take care of the “Monster Factory.”

In addition to taking care of the “Monster Factory,” these “Engineers” could also handle more tasks due to their flexible tentacles.

For example, constructing buildings.

Godzilla had long wanted to build an Underwater Temple for himself, but if he were to do it himself, it might not necessarily be completed.

After all, his hands-on ability could be said to be indescribable.

He was good at fighting, but as for other things— Now with the “Engineers,” the plans that couldn't be implemented before were once again put on the agenda.

And Godzilla had no intention of moving; after the first batch of “Engineers” were produced, Godzilla directly ordered them to start building the Underwater Temple centered around the “Monster Factory.”

And these “Engineers” did not disappoint Godzilla.

Their tentacles were not only flexible but also extremely hard.

After being strengthened by G-cells, they were many times stronger than their template, and it could even be said that, apart from their somewhat similar appearance, they were completely two different species!

Although these “Engineers” were very useful, the first batch of twenty “Engineers” expanded the area around the “Monster Factory” by more than double in less than half an hour, but soon the speed slowed down.

They were hungry.

After all, they didn't have a Fusion Reactor to provide a continuous supply of energy.

And they also didn't inherit too many abilities of Godzilla's G-cells, so they couldn't generate nuclear energy through cells to provide energy.

Therefore, they had to eat every so often, otherwise they would truly starve to death.

Godzilla had already thought of this point.

Godzilla looked at the slowly wriggling “Monster Factory,” and a gap opened at its bottom, from which twenty pieces of flesh and blood, no more no less, dropped out.

And the twenty “Engineers” immediately swam over and devoured all the flesh and blood!

That's right, the food for the “Engineers” was provided by the “Monster Factory”!

With the Fusion Reactor, the “Monster Factory” had enough energy to self-proliferate; let alone twenty “Engineers,” it could feed them even if two more zeros were added.

Not to mention that the “Monster Factory” would continue to grow in size, and its feeding capacity would further increase.

Twenty “Engineers” were far from enough for Godzilla, who wanted to build an Underwater Temple!

So Godzilla ordered the “Monster Factory” to produce “Engineers” at full capacity.

And under the full production of the “Monster Factory,” one “Engineer” after another was created.

These “Engineers,” under the control of the “brain” of the “Monster Factory,” dug around themselves.

Before long, the area around the “Monster Factory” was excavated empty.

And the “Monster Factory” even sank underground.

Not only that, more “Engineers” began to dig underground, expanding the space.

It wanted to hide itself deep underground!

Although it was at the bottom of the sea, being exposed to the seawater like this still made it feel very insecure.

For the “Monster Factory,” survival was the primary element!

Not only underground, but even above ground, dense “Engineers” were stacking huge rocks, and the Underwater Temple Godzilla wanted to build already had a hint of its scale.

The Electromagnetic Beast swam around above, curiously observing the “Engineers.”

It showed great curiosity about these little guys produced by the “Monster Factory.”

But as it “communicated,” it discovered that these “Engineers” did not have much intelligence and their bodies were very fragile, so it lost curiosity about these Creatures.

Instead, it began to be curious about the “Monster Factory.”

It was very curious about what kind of Monsters this “Monster Factory,” created by its “Father God,” could still produce.

But before it could figure out why, Godzilla, worried about it being damaged by clumsy hands, stopped it.

It was not allowed to get close.

This made the Electromagnetic Beast feel lost for a while.

PS: Simply put, no sheep.

It was just a simple cold, and after a fever-reducing shot, it got much better, and the headache gradually disappeared.

After a nap in the afternoon, the headache had almost disappeared.
