Help Him Out!
"Thor, you don’t need to be so anxious. Loki hasn’t caused any trouble yet."
"Just assess the situation and take him back to keep watch over him."
"Otherwise, if some rumors spread, even if he’s fine, something might still happen."
Tony noticed Thor had paused earlier. He had probably learned of Harvey’s identity in the universe, so Tony reminded him.
Harvey had clearly been deliberately hiding his identity. After all, Harvey had said he lived more freely on Earth.
He didn’t need to pay so much attention to his identity, making it difficult for him to do things he liked and relax.
Tony’s circumstances on Earth were similar to Harvey’s, so he fully understood Harvey’s way of thinking.
If Loki carelessly exposed it, not only would many fellow members of the Void Cult suddenly head to Earth in the future—
Harvey would also lose an identity that allowed him freedom of action. He would definitely be somewhat unhappy about that.
When dealing with an unfathomably powerful person like Harvey, everything was negotiable when he was in a good mood.
But when he was in a bad mood, even Tony didn’t dare speak carelessly in front of Harvey.
"Mm, I’ve caused you trouble again, Tony."
"When there’s a chance, let’s have a drink."
Hearing the implication in Tony’s words, Thor’s eyes flickered. He first responded politely and arranged to have a drink next time as thanks.
"Get back here already."
Then Thor looked directly at Loki and spoke.
If the trouble Loki caused wasn’t too serious, it could simply be settled.
But if Loki provoked Harvey, then even if Thor wanted to clean up Loki’s mess, he might not get the chance.
Their Father would have to personally step in and ask for him before they might be able to bring him back safely.
"I merely came to visit. I have no intention of causing trouble here, brother. You’re too nervous."
Seeing that his brother Thor seemed to have guessed that Harvey was Kassadin, Loki spoke.
"The universe is so vast, with so many places you could go. Why did you have to come to the Void Cult’s headquarters?"
"Return to Asgard immediately. Otherwise, if Father finds out, even I’ll have a hard time helping you."
Hearing that Loki still seemed unaware of the seriousness of the matter, Thor asked in frustration.
"Father is currently in Odin Sleep. As long as you don’t tell him, there’s no way he’ll know."
Loki had something to rely on and wasn’t afraid at all.
Just then, the sound of synchronized footsteps rang out.
Renoli, Kyle, Lacey, and the Precognitor saw the person at the front of the group and immediately stepped aside.
Loki and Thor had been talking when they heard those unified footsteps. Turning toward the sound, they saw an incomparably beautiful woman approaching.
When Tony saw Miss Sonia had personally come, he knew this had to be Harvey’s intention.
"Miss Sonia is here. Pray for yourselves."
Thus, Tony looked at Thor and Loki, who were still arguing endlessly, and spoke in a low voice.
Thor and Loki’s expressions changed slightly upon hearing Tony’s words.
Sonia wore a black formal dress, looking mysterious, noble, and elegant as she was escorted by numerous members of the Void Cult.
Sonia slowly stopped ten meters away from Loki, her voice soft and pleasant.
"By the will of the great God of the Void Kassadin,"
"Loki, a guest from Asgard, the great and merciful being permits you to remain on Void Island for a time."
"However, your purpose will not be fulfilled, so return when it is time to leave."
Sonia looked at Loki and proclaimed Mr. Kassadin’s will.
"Why? Didn’t the Void Cult say it was willing to give everyone a chance?"
"I also wish to obtain greater power. Why can they all do so, while I cannot have my wish granted?"
Hearing that he could stay on the island for a while but could never receive the blessing, Loki patted his chest with his right hand, his eyes full of incomprehension.
"There is no why, because this is the will of Lord Kassadin, the God of the Void!"
Sonia offered no explanation for Loki’s confusion and simply repeated herself.
Because once she learned the identity of this guest, she knew that the Void Cult still could not accommodate Asgardians.
Perhaps in the future, once the Void Cult had grown stronger, its internal divisions of responsibility had become clearer, and it had truly gotten on track—
It might be able to accommodate Asgardians then, but not now. Those had been Mr. Kassadin’s exact words to her earlier.
The Void Cult currently had over five hundred members, and most of them came from different backgrounds.
The only group with relatively large numbers was the fanatics from Mogri.
Although Sonia didn’t know when Mr. Kassadin had bestowed blessings upon Mogri—
There was no need to worry about those dozens from Mogri.
If the Void Cult were to wage war in all directions in the future, the Mogri would definitely bear the responsibility of conquest.
"Thank you for the God of the Void Kassadin’s mercy."
Hearing this, Thor knew that Loki being able to return safely was already a great blessing, and he spoke gratefully.
"Where is he mer—"
When Loki heard his brother’s words and was about to say something, he felt hostile gazes lock onto him from all directions.
Renoli and the others, who had not been particularly friendly toward him but had at least shown no hostility, also quietly surrounded him.
Loki felt as if he had entered a demon’s lair, and a bead of cold sweat ran down his forehead.
"Guest from Asgard, if you wish to leave this place safely, then mind every word and action."
"You must not show disrespect toward the God of the Void. Otherwise, I cannot guarantee that you will leave here alive."
Seeing that Loki wanted to say something disrespectful about Mr. Kassadin, Sonia’s expression and tone both turned icy.
No matter how lazy Mr. Kassadin usually was, or how little propriety he had before her, Sonia had always held Mr. Kassadin in the highest respect.
"Help me out, Tony."
"Save the situation. I’ll treat you to some good liquor next time we meet."
Thor also realized that his foolish younger brother had said the wrong thing. He hurriedly asked Tony for help, hoping he could salvage the situation.
"Your foolish brother doesn’t even know when to watch his mouth."
"I can’t help him at a time like this either."
"Whether he can leave here alive depends entirely on himself."
Hearing Thor’s plea, Tony looked at the frost-faced Miss Sonia and spoke in a low voice.
The first time Tony came to Void Island, he had already witnessed the Void Cult’s reverence for Harvey.
So even though Tony and Harvey were close enough that Tony could directly call him Harvey or Kassadin in private—
That was limited to private settings. Before Renoli and the others, Tony honestly addressed him as Lord Kassadin as well.
The people of Void Island could not be more friendly toward their fellow members, but when facing enemies, none of them were kind people.
The fifth update was here.
