Kami’s Identity

At the very least, in his own He-El Universe, He-El had complete control even over time. He could also control how many Parallel Universes split off, and the movement of every particle within the He-El Universe. At its most fundamental level, all of it could be controlled by He-El with a single thought. There was absolutely nothing He-El could not control. The only issue might be that the He-El Universe was still too weak to bear powerful figures from other universes.
