Dragon Ball Universe Hierarchy

"King Kai wanted to see me? What was it about?" He-El asked, puzzled. He had never been particularly interested in King Kai or the divine hierarchy of the Dragon Ball Universe. In He-El's view, the Dragon Ball Universe's divine hierarchy and its management of the cosmic system were nothing special. Within the Dragon Ball Universe's system, the highest being was Zeno. Zeno was the supreme king of all universes and decided whether each universe remained or ceased to exist.
