Royal Martial Lord

"Only a little?" The old man looked at the Fifth Prince with a playful expression, staring until the Fifth Prince lowered his head.

"You should have recognized me by now. That's right, I am a Martial Venerable from the Pill Alliance who was lucky enough to escape with my life from the hands of that scoundrel Qin Ming." The old man stopped pressuring the Fifth Prince and said this in a casual, forthright manner.

The Fifth Prince nodded, waiting for the old man to continue.

The old man smiled and said, "I know you want to kill Qin Ming, but after all, you are not the one in Power, merely an heir."

"Now with me joining you, we can go find others. As long as you and I both offer some benefits, I believe there are plenty of people who want Qin Ming dead."

He had already joined forces with the Red-Browed Martial Venerable once before, but unfortunately, luck was not on their side that time, and they had actually contacted an ally of the enemy. Having learned his lesson, he did not believe that every Power in the entire Great Xia Dynasty was an ally of Qin Ming.

"The benefits to be offered can easily be taken from the Huayu Sect. Moreover, as long as Qin Ming is dead, you can use this incident to easily ascend to the throne," the old man continued to entice him.

"Deal!" The Fifth Prince had wanted to kill Qin Ming all along, so now that someone was joining him, he naturally couldn't ask for more.

Furthermore, it was indeed as the old man said; as long as he united these Martial Venerables and killed Qin Ming, he would gain tremendous prestige as the initiator of this operation.

This prestige, built among Martial Venerables, was no small matter. Once Qin Ming was killed, he would undoubtedly become the one in Power in the Great Xia Dynasty.

Moreover, if another prince were to preside over this matter and gain that huge prestige, his own position on the throne would be in danger.

Agreeing meant huge benefits, while refusing meant huge risks; there was no reason not to agree.

"Good, then let's go together to convince the Martial Venerable behind you!" The old man laughed heartily, knowing that approaching the Fifth Prince would certainly lead to a successful alliance.

Because he had met the Fifth Prince before and had seen his immense ambition; the Fifth Prince would never allow Qin Ming to grow and eventually threaten his position.

"Rest assured, I am one hundred percent certain I can convince the Old Ancestor." The Fifth Prince smiled confidently. Since he had made the decision, he would give it his all.

Without the help of the Pill Alliance, his chance of convincing the Old Ancestor was less than ten percent, but with an additional Martial Venerable, his chance of success would increase by at least seventy percent.

"Good." The old man's face was filled with joy.

Led by the Fifth Prince, they found the Fifth Prince's Old Ancestor. After the two analyzed the pros and cons, and especially after showing him the intelligence on Qin Ming, the Royal Family Martial Venerable agreed almost immediately.

This Royal Family Old Ancestor was a Middle-aged Man with short hair and a sharp, chiseled face. His eyes were frighteningly sharp, yet there was a gloomy aura about him that lingered, making his otherwise handsome face appear somewhat sinister.

"When shall we make our move, and how?" Once the discussion was settled, the Fifth Prince asked with concern. They only had two Martial Venerables now, and even with a sneak attack, it was not certain they could kill Qin Ming.

If Qin Ming were to escape, he would face a huge threat.

"No rush. We will go and contact other Powers; I believe they will all agree." The old man smiled. There was no point in thinking about the other two Martial Venerables of the Royal Family for now.

They were currently supporting their respective princes, so there was no guarantee they would agree.

Since that was the case, it was better not to contact them at all to avoid a counterproductive outcome.

As for whether the Martial Venerables of other Powers would agree, he was ninety percent sure he could persuade them. Qin Ming's Power was expanding rapidly now; no Martial Venerable would watch him rise and remain indifferent.

The Royal Family Martial Venerable nodded and said, "Regarding such a danger, I believe that as long as one is a Martial Venerable and has ambition, no one will just sit by and watch Qin Ming rise."

"All we need to do now is find them, offer them some benefits, and negotiate the distribution of interests."
