Sea God Inheritance, Everyone Sets Sail

Five years had passed, and all of them had reached the rank of Soul Emperor. They chatted for a long time, though not about anything earth-shattering—just trivial little things that had happened over the past five years. Even so, they were all willing to speak and listen.

After catching up, they began discussing how they should cultivate in the future. As they started the discussion, Lin Rou suddenly remembered that Dugu Bo was going to Sea God Island and said, "How about we go to Sea God Island?"

"Sea God Island? What’s that?" Dai Mubai asked in confusion.

Lin Rou explained, "It is a place where divine inheritances can be obtained. My master, Poison Douluo, will be heading to Sea God Island in some time. Master is not seeking the Sea God’s divine position, but he plans to see whether he can encounter another divine inheritance. We should go too. Perhaps one of us will be chosen by a god."

Everyone was tempted upon hearing Lin Rou mention divine inheritances. Seeing that they were interested, Tang San smiled and said, "Sure. When that old monster heads to Sea God Island, we’ll go with him."

"Mhm." Everyone immediately nodded with smiles.

Then Tang San looked at Lin Rou and asked, "Xiao Rou, when is the old monster leaving? I still have some matters to take care of. If he plans to leave soon, could you ask him to delay it for a while?"

"Third Brother, what do you need to do?" Ma Hongjun asked curiously.

Light flashed in Tang San’s eyes as he said, "I plan to establish a sect. It will be called the Tang Sect!"

Ma Hongjun immediately said, "Third Brother, how about making me a vice sect master? From now on, I’ll be a member of the Tang Sect."

Among them, Ma Hongjun, Lin Rou, Su Yu, and Xiao Wu had no ties to any faction, so there was no problem with Ma Hongjun becoming vice sect master. Tang San smiled and said, "Of course. Once the Tang Sect is established, all of you can become honorary elders of the Tang Sect. Your freedom will not be restricted."

"Xiao San, then it’s settled. From now on, we’ll be elders of the Tang Sect," Dai Mubai said with a smile.

Ma Hongjun laughed smugly, then looked at everyone and said, "Haha, come on, call me Vice Sect Master."

Su Yu smiled. "Fatty, are you itching for a beating?"

The moment he heard Su Yu’s voice, Ma Hongjun immediately cowered and begged for mercy. "Yu Ge, I wasn’t talking about you. I meant Boss Dai and the others."

Su Yu smiled, while Dai Mubai said, "Fatty, five years without seeing you, and you’ve really gotten full of yourself!"

Ma Hongjun smiled. "Boss Dai, I’m not the same as I was back then. I’m already a level seventy-two Soul Saint!"

"Not bad, you brat! No wonder you hemmed and hawed when we revealed our cultivation earlier, only saying you were above level sixty. So you wanted to hide your strength and show off later, huh?" Dai Mubai said, punching Ma Hongjun in the chest.

Ma Hongjun said with a smile, "No, no. Your brother here is just keeping a low profile. Showing off doesn’t exist."

Everyone looked at Ma Hongjun with amused expressions. How could they not understand him? This guy was definitely thinking about when he could show off in the future.

Lin Rou looked at Tang San and said, "Third Brother, don’t worry. Master won’t head to Sea God Island until three months from now."

Tang San nodded. "Perfect. I’ll establish the Tang Sect within these three months."

"It’s getting late. Go get some rest. I’m going to spend time with my Yi Yi," Su Yu said.

Everyone nodded, and Dai Mubai smiled. "Xiao Yu, you really spoil Yi Yi."

A blissful smile appeared on Su Yu’s face. "I only have this one precious daughter. If I don’t spoil her, who will I spoil?"

Perhaps Su Yu had initially taken care of Su Yiyi out of guilt, but now he had completely come to regard Su Yiyi as his own daughter. He spoiled her endlessly.

After saying that, Su Yu left, and everyone else departed one after another.

By the time everyone left, it was already evening. They had talked for an entire day. When Su Yu returned to his room, Su Yiyi was already fast asleep. He lay down beside her, and as though she sensed his return, she immediately reached out and pinched his ear. It was Su Yiyi’s sleeping habit—whenever she slept, she liked pinching Su Yu’s ear.

The night passed without incident.

The next day, Tang San and Ma Hongjun left Shrek Academy. Tang San had already begun working on establishing his sect. Back when Su Yu had read novels, he had also fantasized about establishing a sect of his own. But now… establishing a sect meant building houses, managing the sect, and teaching a whole group of disciples. At that thought, Su Yu decided to forget it. Being a lazy bum and teasing Yi Yi whenever he had nothing to do was good enough.

In the blink of an eye, three months passed. Tang San’s Tang Sect had been preliminarily established, and Ma Hongjun had also met Bai Chenxiang. Then everyone set out for Sea God Island.

The twelve people heading to Sea God Island were Su Yu, Su Yiyi, Lin Rou, Xiao Wu, Tang San, Dai Mubai, Zhu Zhuqing, Oscar, Ning Rongrong, Ma Hongjun, Bai Chenxiang, and Dugu Bo.

Su Yu had not wanted to go at first, but Su Yiyi suddenly said she wanted to have fun. With no other choice, Su Yu could only take her along.

A few days later, they arrived at the coastal city of Vast Sea City. To reach Sea God Island, they could only travel by ship. Of course, Su Yu could have directly teleported them there, but he was too lazy to bother…

Tang San rented a ship called the Sea Demon. It was Su Yiyi’s first time seeing such a thing as a ship, and she cheered as she ran around excitedly. Watching her, Su Yu rubbed his chin and thought that he would definitely take Su Yiyi to see all kinds of things she had never seen before.

Not long after cheering, Su Yiyi quieted down. With a pitiful look on her little face, she looked at Su Yu and said, "Daddy, I feel dizzy…"

Su Yu smiled faintly. He had thought that, as the Cosmos Dao Flower, Su Yiyi would not get seasick. So she did get seasick after all. Su Yu infused a strand of Dominion Power into Su Yiyi’s body, and she immediately became lively again, as though she had been injected with stimulants.

Meanwhile, Oscar and the others all looked toward Su Yu. They were seasick too. The ones who were not seasick were Su Yu, Dugu Bo, Dai Mubai, Tang San, Xiao Wu, and Ma Hongjun. Everyone else was seasick. Su Yu raised his head to look at the sky, showing absolutely no intention of helping. Seasickness would not kill them, so he could not be bothered.

The despairing Oscar and the others began vomiting profusely. A sailor on the ship laughed and said, "Throw up a few more times, and you’ll get used to it."

Oscar sat down directly on the deck, his face pale as he said, "I never want to ride this thing again for the rest of my life."

Ning Rongrong, Zhu Zhuqing, and the others nodded in agreement.

Two days later, while eating lunch, Tang San discovered that the food was poisoned. Su Yu, Oscar, Lin Rou, and Dugu Bo noticed it as well. Tang San took out several pills for the others to swallow before they began eating. Having taken antidote pills in advance, they would not be poisoned.
