Boom!

Crimson Conqueror’s Haki erupted without warning, sweeping across the entire Netherworld like a hurricane with Bai Cangshu at its center.

Whether Netherworld demons or humans infected by the Blood Cross, all of them suffered a powerful shock in an instant. The weak collapsed directly to the ground.

In the sky, Enel was pierced by the overwhelming aura. Though he had experienced it once before, this power that shook his very mind still made his whole body tremble.

The white hat atop his head was blown away, revealing his curly yellow short hair.

His long earlobes swayed continuously beneath the terrifying impact.

Enel’s right hand finally came down, and the terrifying Raigo erupted in full.

Everything in sight was completely drowned in lightning. The heat and electrolysis caused by the strikes filled the air with a burnt stench.

For a time, no living aura remained on the ground. Whether Netherworld demons or citizens of God’s Country who had lost the gods’ favor, all lay blackened on the ground, smoke rising from their bodies.

Enel lowered his eyelids and looked down impassively from the sky at the jet-black arm a thousand meters long in the center of the island, as well as the enormous figure writhing in pain atop it.

He remained several thousand meters away. After testing, this was an absolutely safe distance. Moreover, he could hear the evil being’s heart, which was still complaining and hating at this very moment.

No, not merely that. This evil being was deeply contradictory. Sometimes, it let out pitiful groans, as though even while trapped in hell, it prayed for others to survive.

"Evil being, it is time for you to return to that cage. Until the promised day arrives, you must remain there."

Enel casually struck the Thunder Drums behind him, and another Thunder Dragon descended.

Roland’s ever-changing body was deeply afraid of lightning. After being struck by thunder, its originally solid form began to soften again, revealing its slime-like biological nature.

It let out a pained howl.

"No! The promised day has already arrived!"

"Guts… has appeared…"

Before Enel could speak, a giant bird suddenly burst through one of the countless enormous blood-red faces on the ground below and shot into the sky.

Enel’s pupils contracted. He had not heard any "inner voice."

Crackle!

Enel activated Elementalization.

Bang!

The violent impact knocked Enel directly out of Elementalization. Looking at the black sheen on the giant bird’s claws and the fiery red feathers on its back, he finally realized that this monstrous bird was probably the transformed Seven Warlords of the Sea.

Not only had the other party turned into a monster, it had also retained the ability to use Armament Haki.

At the same time, one black figure after another began rising from the earth. Those proliferating flesh tumors seemed to grant additional defense and regenerative power, allowing these beings to survive Raigo rather than being instantly killed.

Among them all, perhaps only the human beneath that giant hand was an exception. Black lightning continuously leaked from around his body, and even Enel’s Raigo was dispersed by those black bolts.

The so-called Causality Law was the relationship between cause and effect.

All things had causes and results. Because of a certain cause, after several stages of development, a certain result would ultimately come to pass.

It was originally a natural law.

Yet among the Myriad Worlds, there were always certain special beings who, having surpassed technique, physical qualities, energy, elements, and authority, touched upon an even more mysterious realm.

Controlling cause and effect, turning results into causes, reversing causality, holding Destiny in one’s hand.

These beings first determined an outcome. No matter what choices you made afterward, you would inevitably be guided toward that result. This development of fate beyond a living being’s control was the Causality Law.

Of course, the God Hand of the Berserk World had not reached the realm of controlling causality. They could merely see many possibilities and thus perceive these causes and effects.

Therefore, the God Hand drifted through all kinds of situations. They chose the causality they desired and waited for it to descend.

The God Hand were servants of the Abyss God, ruler of the Netherworld, and believers who carried out the will of that god—or demon—who truly controlled causality.

Bai Cangshu was incomparably certain that the path before him was the one chosen by God Hand: Roland.

Whether it was him finding that treasure, Reincarnator Silverlight using an item to lure away Enel, who had sealed the Golden Pyramid, or some unknown Reincarnator or Plot Character accidentally unsealing the pyramid…

All of it was cause. Each was merely one among countless possibilities, but the result they led to was inevitably the lifting of the seal and the reappearance of Roland, the Special Reincarnator designated by the Space.

From Roland’s earlier mutterings, Bai Cangshu had already learned that the arm and Claymore in that treasure were connected to Roland. Naturally, when subjected to indiscriminate mutation, Roland would choose to use those things.

The only thing Bai Cangshu was uncertain about was what outcome Roland had seen.

The God Hand could not control causality. They merely saw through it. Therefore, as long as Bai Cangshu perceived the appearance of that true point of choice, he could sever the God Hand’s Causality Law and end the fate of God Hand: Roland.

Bai Cangshu felt as though the Left Arm of the King attached to his severed arm were made of magma. The flesh buds on his arm pierced into it, and after the connection was completed, a scorching force spread out from within.

Countless wills nearly drowned Bai Cangshu in an instant. He felt completely lost in that tide of consciousness. There was a powerful will suffering, hating, regretting, and repenting.

All kinds of intense emotions echoed within Bai Cangshu’s body. His body rapidly began to wither as his cellular vitality and life force were massively drained by the arm.

Bai Cangshu had no choice but to immediately tear open a Medical Ninjutsu Scroll he had never used and stick it to his abdomen. He then swallowed the Katori Pill he had exchanged from the Shrine Master and activated his golden Hamon with all his strength.

His blood and qi surged forcefully through his body along with the violent pounding of his heart. Yet whenever it flowed into that left arm, it vanished like a clay ox sinking into the sea, instantly absorbed.

With his blood and qi depleted, the circulation of Hamon finally broke off, causing the balance Bai Cangshu had barely maintained to collapse.

Bai Cangshu’s body rapidly began to decline.

You are undergoing absorption by Bio-Implant: Left Arm of the King
Blood and qi greatly reduced
Cellular vitality greatly reduced
Three-dimensional attributes reduced
Warning, EX051, your vital signs are rapidly fading...

A large number of notifications continuously appeared. Bai Cangshu gripped the severed end of his left arm with his right hand. At this moment, the withered arm had gradually fused with his stump, and the dry Left Arm of the King had taken on a slight flesh-colored hue.

No, if this continued, this thing would definitely drain him dry.

Although Bai Cangshu’s Perfect Purification body possessed Intermediate Immortality, he could only regenerate from a drop of blood and revive so long as some cellular tissue remained active. Not to mention true undying immortality, even compared to the immortality of Buu from the Dragon Ball World, who would not die as long as a single cell survived, his was far inferior.

In the end, Bai Cangshu’s immortality was founded upon the human bloodline of Perfect Purification. Everything depended on his flesh and bones.

His current state most likely meant that this unidentified Bio-Implant had equipment requirements far exceeding Bai Cangshu’s current attributes. He had forcibly fused a strong person’s body part into his own body and was suffering intense backlash and erosion.

Yet Bai Cangshu did not think he had made the wrong choice. From the corner of his eye, he saw the dying Moon Demon beginning to be wrapped in flesh tumors. Blueno, who had been sent flying, was clutching his throat as his body began to swell.

This was an intense erosion sweeping across the entire island and even the whole sea. Whether Reincarnators or Plot Characters, no one here could escape it.

That Claymore was surely Guts’s weapon. This arm was also most likely inseparable from Guts, Roland, or the so-called king.

Bai Cangshu’s body withered as black lightning continuously scattered around him, striking everything in its path. Yet his body was gradually unable to hold on.

With the flame of his life about to go out, madness still burned in Bai Cangshu’s eyes.

"I am not wrong, and I will not die."

Bai Cangshu suddenly lowered his right hand, and a black Claymore appeared. This Ominous Greatsword also began trying to absorb Bai Cangshu’s Haki. A translucent figure cried out in pain. Corey’s meager Armament Haki was simply unable to bear the excessively enormous black sword.

Bai Cangshu looked at the enormous hand towering a thousand meters before him. Then, bit by bit, he forcibly raised his right arm, along with the massive black sword.

The next moment, Bai Cangshu twisted his body and swung.

Squelch!

The Claymore instantly cut into the giant arm, and dark blood sprayed toward him.

Wherever the blood touched his body, flesh tumors began appearing once again. Upon closer inspection, every tumor bore a tiny human face, wearing either a crazed or cruel expression.

"Guts… you really have appeared…"

That enormous voice rang out again. Roland’s Gaze appeared in the panel once more, but Bai Cangshu did not care whether the immunity check succeeded. He continued hacking at the giant arm, allowing his degree of mutation to deepen without restraint.

A second head had already begun to grow from Bai Cangshu’s neck, but before it could fully develop, it was devoured by the powerful siphoning of life force from his left arm, and the flesh tumor shrank once more.

Not enough… still not enough… hahaha…

Bai Cangshu laughed wildly. He firmly believed he was right. Even if the price of being wrong was death, even if a misjudgment would make him completely lose himself, Bai Cangshu would never hesitate or waver.

He forcefully cleaved open the base of the giant arm covered in human faces, then threw himself directly inside. As he hacked away, he used the black Dragon Slayer like an axe for splitting firewood, carving out a space for himself within the enormous arm.

Then he lay inside, allowing the flesh tumors to completely envelop him.

Above, Roland, who was nearly beaten back into liquid form by the constant lightning strikes, suddenly ignored Enel’s attacks and bent down to look beneath the giant arm. Joy and pain appeared simultaneously on its blurred face, while triumph and guilt filled the eyes on either side.

"Guts… finally, you will become one with me…"
