"Alright, CEO Chen."

Yang Dahai nodded, started the car, and headed straight for Corner Pet Park.

Upon arriving at the Pet Park's parking lot,

Chen Mo opened the door and got out. From a distance, he saw a large coach also arriving at the parking lot, filled with tourists.

Looking at the Corner Pet Park logo on the coach, it was clearly the shuttle bus for Corner Pet Park.

At this moment, the coach doors opened, and a line of passengers disembarked.

"The park entrance is about 50 meters straight ahead after turning left from the parking lot. The ticket office is on the left side of the main gate. If you purchased tickets online, you can enter by simply swiping your ID card."

"Also, for tourists who have booked guesthouses, continue straight for over 100 meters past the park's main gate, and you'll find the farmhouse guesthouses. Each farmhouse guesthouse has a different number, and you can find your booked guesthouse according to its number."

"As for the content inside the park, maps and introductions to each location have been prepared for everyone on the coach. You can navigate using the map."

"Alright, that's all the basic information. I wish everyone a pleasant visit."

Next to the coach door, a middle-aged woman was holding a megaphone and giving instructions.

The disembarking passengers had also picked up their luggage and were heading straight for the Pet Park. Soon, those people passed by Chen Mo.

"Hey, what's your guesthouse number?"

"Mine is Guesthouse No. 3."

"Mine is also Guesthouse No. 3! There are four of us here, we can gather together tonight and make it lively! I heard that tonight, at the Pet Park, there's a bonfire party, an open-air movie, and a self-service barbecue."

"I know about that too! I heard it's a new project, specially prepared for those of us staying overnight here."

"Exactly! I heard it's quite interesting. The self-service barbecue is truly self-service. The park provides barbecue tools and charcoal. We can bring our own meat to grill there. Of course, if you haven't prepared meat yourself, the park also sells it at normal prices, unlike other scenic spots where it's very expensive."

"Right! I've been to other scenic spots too, and everything is very expensive. A bottle of mineral water actually cost me 5 yuan! If it were on a mountain, it would be understandable, as transporting it up is very laborious, but it was just at the foot of the mountain, too expensive."

"Oh, how many days are you planning to stay here?"

"Just three days. The Pet Fashion Show here is very interesting, I want to see it. Also, there's that pet competition, I brought my pet, and I want to participate. So, it's about three days. And overall, it's very quiet here. Looking at pets and interacting with them feels very healing."

"That's a shame. A few of us are planning to stay here for a month."

"A month? Don't you work?"

"Our work is quite flexible; we just need to bring a laptop. We came here mainly because we value the environment here, and the consumption here isn't high. We go to the park every day to walk around and see those cats and dogs. And I know that the cats and dogs in this park were all stray cats and stray dogs before. Our consumption here can be considered supporting a public welfare cause."

"I know about that too! During the live broadcast, the streamer mentioned this. I also have this idea that playing and spending here is indirectly helping public welfare. As long as this Pet Park continues to grow, it can take in more pets. At that time, there will be fewer and fewer stray cats and dogs in the city, and I estimate that many incidents of stray cats and dogs harming people will also decrease."

"Exactly! Incidents of stray dogs harming people are indeed heartbreaking, but aren't those who create stray dogs also accomplices?"

"Hey! But I also learned that if someone wants to abandon their pet, they can directly send it to the Pet Park, and the Pet Park will accept it directly. This can also reduce many pets from becoming stray cats and dogs."

"……….."

Chen Mo followed the crowd, walking towards the Pet Park. He clearly heard some of the conversations among the tourists.

Open-air movies, bonfire parties, barbecue buffets…, and pet competitions.

He hadn't seen any of these things in the report data.

Those two guys, Pang Tao and Xu Zhengming, are really troublesome!

Chen Mo was speechless. In his plan, he only intended to build a park for feeding cats and dogs, but he never expected that a cat and dog park would be played with so many tricks by Pang Tao and Xu Zhengming.

He passed by the Pet Park without stopping, continuing to walk forward.

The Pet Park's office building was still ahead.

Of course, he could have Yang Dahai drive the car directly to the Pet Park office building, but he wanted to understand the situation at the Pet Park himself, so he stopped at the public parking lot.

And listening to the conversations of those tourists, he indeed discovered many things he didn't know.

After a while!

At the entrance of the Pet Park office building.

"Hello, CEO Chen!"

"Hello, CEO Chen!"

Pang Tao and Xu Zhengming quickly greeted CEO Chen when they saw him approaching.

"Hmm! I see that Corner Pet Park has updated many projects recently. I came to take a look."

Chen Mo nodded, his tone indifferent.

"They're just minor changes. Thank you for your concern, CEO Chen."

Pang Tao chuckled.

Chen Mo looked at Pang Tao's smile, his mouth twitching twice.

"Then take me to see them."

"Alright, CEO Chen."

Pang Tao nodded, then led the way.

"CEO Chen, I'll take you to see Corner Plaza first. It's only about 200 meters from here."

Not long after.

They arrived at a very large open space, with a tall frame in the distance.

"CEO Chen, this is it. This Corner Plaza was established recently. Originally, it was just a very large open space, but the farmhouse guesthouses had just been built, and some of the people staying here didn't have much entertainment at night. To enhance the experience of those lodging guests, this open space was utilized to build this plaza."

"Currently, at night, a screen will be lowered from that frame in this plaza, and then some movies will be projected. Of course, some songs can also be played. We provide speakers and microphones here, and those who want to sing can sing. And this open space is used for bonfire parties, and at the same time as the bonfire party, self-service barbecue can be done on the other side of the open space. We provide barbecue grills and charcoal. As for barbecue ingredients, we will sell them here, as well as some beverages. Of course, if guests bring their own, we will not stop them."

"Currently, this plaza has been open for a few days, and the results have been very good. And basically, no one brings their own barbecue ingredients and drinks; ninety percent of them purchase from us here. After calculation, we can earn over ten thousand yuan a day here."
