A Word on Going Premium
It was finally time to go premium. Seeing those four words in the title, many book friends had probably already opened their pirated novel apps to search for this book’s title, and some of you might even have been getting ready to delete it.
Going premium was a bad thing for readers, but for authors, it was the beginning of having an income. After all, authors were people too—we needed to support our families and eat. So I hoped more people would support the official version. Of course, I really didn’t dislike reading pirated books, cough cough, since I often read pirated books myself .
Still, for readers who could afford it and liked this book, I hoped you could read the official version. Authors had to eat too. And friends who truly couldn’t afford it, please don’t delete the book. Reading a pirated version was still better than deleting it.
Honestly, I had been writing this message since June 2nd O(≧▽≦)O. Right now, I truly wished I worked in a pyramid scheme—then maybe after saying a bunch of nice things, subscriptions would come flooding in.
But unfortunately, I had never worked in that line of business. Still, whether you brothers could afford it or not, whether you big shots planned to keep reading the official version or switch to pirated copies, I hoped you could all help by clicking on the first subscription—the first chapter after it went premium. But don’t use book coupons to buy that first chapter, because that didn’t count as a subscription. First subscriptions affected this book’s future recommendations. If subscriptions were high, I would definitely update more, add more chapters, and go all out with mass releases.
During the free period, this book had ranked first on QQ Reading’s daily free chart, weekly chart, and monthly chart. It went through PK three times and got banner promotion twice. I believed those were pretty good results. But free-period results and post-premium results were still different. With those honors during the free period, the book should have around 106,000 bookmarks when it went premium. I only hoped it wouldn’t do too miserably after that.
Also, the current bonus chapter condition was one extra chapter for every Hall Master, and so on. The Fan Group only had a little over four hundred people right now, so come join it, big shots. I had created the VIP group ages ago. The requirement to join was 1,000 fan points or 7,000 activity points. Welcome to join Silver Dragon Hall. Group number: 777272535. I hoped someone would join (﹏)
I found that going premium at the start of the month was really nice. Updates could start at midnight, and your recommendation votes and monthly votes would still be available then… (frantic hinting)→_→
Finally, please subscribe!!!
