Chapter 135 Junge Garment Factory Asked Me to Renovate

Lu Zhenguo felt a pang of bitterness as he listened to the factory director.

If it had been before, he probably would have just endured it in silence.

But having just finished a call with Jiang Cheng, confirming that he could go to work at the Clothing Factory, he instantly made up his mind.

Originally, he had planned to finish work today and resign tomorrow.

Since the factory director had said that, he had nothing to hesitate about; he directly pulled off his gloves and placed them on the nearby table.

“Factory Director, then I won’t work anymore.”

With that, he walked straight out of the workshop.

The factory director looked at Lu Zhenguo, who had left directly, somewhat bewildered. He hadn't expected that Lu Zhenguo, who usually never argued no matter what he said, would actually choose to resign directly.

This was truly beyond his expectations.

Thinking of the temporary extra work for the evening, he quickly chased after him.

“Old Lu, what do you mean?”

“Nothing special, it just means I’m not working anymore. Didn’t you say to work if I can, and not work if I can’t? Well, I can’t do it, so I’m not doing it.”

Lu Zhenguo walked away without looking back, feeling a sense of exhilaration.

So, resigning like this was actually so satisfying. No wonder those young people who came to the factory would just quit directly whenever they felt wronged.

This could be considered his turn to be young!

“But you still need to do the work tonight?”

The factory director followed closely behind Lu Zhenguo.

“Find someone else to do it, or do it yourself. I’m not serving anymore.”

………………..

The next day,

Inside an unfurnished apartment in a new building.

“If we make a shoe cabinet here, it can be full-height, with two small cabinets at the top for storing seasonal shoes or various miscellaneous items, which would be very good.”

“Also, for the feature wall, just painting a layer of latex paint is fine. It’s simpler and more grand than wallpaper, and it saves money.”

“……”

Chen Jun pointed to various locations in the unfurnished apartment, offering his suggestions.

Wang Yang followed behind, assisting Chen Jun while also observing Chen Jun’s and the homeowner’s words and actions.

After a while,

The two finished taking measurements and discussed some detailed matters with the landlord before leaving directly.

“How was it? What do you feel?”

Outside, Chen Jun looked at Wang Yang and asked casually.

Wang Yang shook his head upon hearing this. He only saw that Chen Jun and the homeowner got along very well; he didn't feel anything else.

Chen Jun smiled at this and began to impart his experience.

“When taking measurements, communication with the client is very important.”

“First, when communicating, always speak suggestively. You are only offering opinions; as for how to choose, let the homeowner decide.”

“Second, understand the homeowner’s approximate renovation budget. This point is very important. Only by knowing their approximate budget can you tailor design plans, which will increase the probability of signing the contract.”

“……”

“Learn slowly. This communication can only be gradually developed by communicating more with clients.”

Chen Jun patted Wang Yang’s shoulder and said meaningfully.

“I know, Brother Jun.”

Wang Yang nodded in agreement, having benefited greatly.

It turned out that there was so much to learn about communication. It seemed he really needed to practice more.

Just as he was about to say something else, he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.

Assistant Shen?

Wang Yang was stunned for a moment, looking at the familiar yet somewhat unfamiliar caller ID.

He quickly answered.

“Assistant Shen, is something wrong?”

“Is this Wang Yang? We have a workshop here that needs renovation. Is it convenient for you to come and take measurements?”

“Yes, I’ll be right there.”

Wang Yang quickly agreed upon hearing this, then hung up the phone, but he remained frozen in place.

He hadn’t expected that the Clothing Factory would have another renovation job.

“What’s wrong? Did something happen at home?”

Chen Jun looked at Wang Yang’s somewhat dazed expression, thinking something bad had happened, and asked with concern.

Hearing Chen Jun’s inquiry,

Wang Yang gradually came back to his senses and said to Chen Jun,

“Brother Jun, the Clothing Factory just contacted me, saying a workshop needs renovation and asked me to come and take measurements.”

“You mean the Changfeng Clothing Factory?”

Chen Jun asked. In his impression, the only Clothing Factory Wang Yang knew was the Changfeng Clothing Factory where they had previously renovated the cafeteria and dormitory.

But why did that Clothing Factory have so many renovation projects?

“Yes!”

Wang Yang nodded.

“I’ll drive you there. I’m quite curious to see what that Clothing Factory looks like.”

Chen Jun opened the car door and got into the driver’s seat. He was becoming increasingly curious about this Clothing Factory. What kind of Clothing Factory was it to have so many orders?

He felt a bit uneasy, wondering if he wouldn't be able to get his sales champion title now.

Wang Yang quickly got into the passenger seat upon seeing this.

“Thank you, Brother Jun.”

“Don’t mention it. Set the navigation.”

Chen Jun started the car, saying casually.

…………

Clothing Factory,

Office.

Shen Rou hung up the phone and looked at Chen Mo.

“General Manager Chen, Wang Yang has been contacted and will be here shortly.”

“Good!”

Chen Mo nodded.

Last night, Song Xia had already called, saying that the sublease contract had been signed.

So, after he came to the company and handled some basic matters, he notified Shen Rou to contact Wang Yang and have him come over to take measurements.

Today, he wanted to arrange both the workshop renovation and the coffee shop renovation.

These two projects would cost a significant amount of system funds.

However, he had just notified Wang Yang, and it would take some time for him to arrive.

Chen Mo couldn't help but think that he still had one-tenth of the initial system funds as welfare. This time, the initial system funds were 15 million.

So, the amount he could use for welfare was 1.5 million.

Chen Mo thought for a moment, then directly found the orphanage’s bank account, preparing to transfer money.

Huh!

Why could he only transfer 200,000?

[Reminder to Host: The current fund account of this orphanage is sufficient for a period of time and does not require temporary funding.]

Is there a limit?

Chen Mo was stunned for a moment. It seemed he needed to use these charity funds for other charitable causes as well.

After thinking for a bit,

He opened his computer and looked up some charitable organizations.

He quickly selected a charitable organization, but when making the payment, he received a message that the payment failed.

What’s going on?

[Reminder to Host: For charity payments to be successful, the charitable organization must use over ninety percent of the charity funds for the beneficiaries. Additionally, for each different charity project, the Host needs to personally conduct an on-site inspection.]

The system’s voice rang in his mind once again.

Chen Mo was somewhat speechless. He then looked for several other charitable organizations, but all of them failed to receive the payment.

This…
