Expedition, Schemes

Seeing that Skye had no intention of acting on her own, Duke Brie and Grand Duchess Sarah nodded in satisfaction. Duke Brie said, "Then, Elder Skye, immediately mobilize the army. Once the selection is complete, the army will depart at once."

"Alright."

Skye nodded and led the Super Heroes to take command of the fleet. The process went very smoothly, with no conflicts or objections.

They were Star Destroyer Level Experts. Who would dare defy them?

An hour later, the Universe Zerg Extermination Alliance, centered around the Five Great Elders, was officially established. With the situation so urgent, there was no time for excessive ceremony. They merely announced the news to the Entire Universe through an official document.

Once the alliance was established, it immediately began operating at high speed. Logistics, personnel, and other departments were launched one after another. Worth mentioning was that, upon Elder Skye’s recommendation, Nick Fury became the third-ranking logistics official, behind only the logistics officers sent by the Skrull Empire and Shi’ar Empire.

Nick Fury declared righteously, "I will make proper contributions to the alliance. I guarantee that the Frontlines will not lack even a single grain of food."

The planetary representatives were quite satisfied. Though this man came from the Ravagers Alliance, he had extensive logistics experience and was believed to be capable of handling the post.

What the representatives did not notice was that every Earthling was lowering their heads in silence, afraid they might burst out laughing.

The alliance’s warehouses were doomed sooner or later.

After Nick Fury left with the logistics officers, Steve could not help shaking his head. "It seems our Director Fury is about to go from Earth’s number one corrupt official to the universe’s number one corrupt official."

Tony asked in a low voice, "No one knows Nick Fury is from Earth, right?"

Steve said, "Don’t worry. He’s an Asgardian and has nothing to do with Earth. I’ll do my best to erase all traces of Nick Fury on Earth."

"That’s good."

Tony breathed a sigh of relief. He did not want to see warships from across the Entire Universe gathering on Earth one day to arrest a corrupt official. Thinking of something, he snickered at Steve. "Captain, you’ve gone bad."

Steve said with a righteous expression, "This is all for Earth."

"You really have gone bad."

Tony mocked. Steve thought of something and asked, "Tony, can your Godslayer Armor be mass-produced? It’s truly powerful. If it can be popularized, Earth’s strength will increase dramatically."

"So you finally know how impressive I am?"

Tony said smugly, "Steve, the Godslayer Armor is basically impossible to mass-produce. It’s not that I’m stingy. There are problems with both materials and energy. Even I can barely keep it running."

"That’s such a shame."

Steve said regretfully. Tony shrugged. "After all, that’s divine-level power. Enough of this. I’m going back to Earth to recharge."

Barton mocked from the side, "After all these years, your stamina is still pathetic."

Tony gave Barton the middle finger, then went outside to find Earth Express and ship himself back to Earth.

Meanwhile, Little Hela was treating Carol and Hulk. With a swing of her sword, the small hole in Carol’s shoulder immediately began to heal.

"Great. I won’t have to become an artist anymore."

Hulk said happily. Carol felt the same way; she had no desire to have five tiny holes left on her body. They would look awful.

"A concept can only be dealt with by another concept. Annihilus’s concept is terrifying, but fortunately, it didn’t hit any vital areas."

Little Hela said. What she had used earlier was Light Slash, severing the annihilation concept with a Concept Ability.

Carol asked curiously, "What exactly is a concept?"

"A concept is actually a law. The gem Master gave you contains the Space Concept. As long as you cultivate diligently, you’ll eventually comprehend it."

Little Hela glanced at Hulk and smiled. "Even Hulk can do it. You definitely can too."

Carol looked at Hulk upon hearing that, her heart immediately settling. If even a big idiot like him could comprehend it, there was no reason she could not.

"Hey, are you looking down on me? And Square-faced Woman, what kind of look is that?"

Hulk shouted unhappily, though he was also a little guilty. The one who had comprehended the Concept Ability was not him, but Banner.

"A respectful look. Anyone who can comprehend a Concept Ability is a genius."

Little Hela swung her sword and giggled. "Possessing a Concept Ability means you’ve found the right direction to advance. As long as you persevere, you may become an Ancient God in the future."

"An Ancient God?"

Hulk and Carol’s eyes both lit up. They knew very well what an Ancient God was.

"I will definitely comprehend a Concept Ability."

Carol declared with great determination. Hulk nodded as well. If Banner could do it, then he certainly could too. He wanted to comprehend an offensive Concept Ability.

He had even thought of a name for it: Hulk’s Fury.

With everyone’s efforts, the preparations were quickly completed. Before departure, the newly appointed Elder Skye summoned the seer Raina and instructed, "Raina, I’m leaving the reconstruction of the Inhumans Main Star to you. I really don’t have time right now."

"I’ll arrange the residents properly. With our technology and manpower, there won’t be any problems."

Raina nodded. "Queen, I wish you a triumphant return."

"Rest assured. We will definitely win this war."

Skye said with complete confidence. She was about to leave when she saw Raina hesitating to speak. Suspiciously, she asked, "Don’t tell me you saw some bad future?"

"No. It’s just that there’s something I’m not sure whether I should tell you."

Raina said, "In order to surprise you, the Skrull Empire’s Fourth Prince secretly came to the main star earlier and hid aboard a warship. Then…"

Raina spread her hands. Skye understood instantly and asked in astonishment, "He died?"

Raina nodded. "Yes. He died, and very miserably at that. Not even a complete corpse was left."

"Looks like my husband-killing fate is getting stronger and stronger."

Skye curled her lips in displeasure. After thinking for a moment, she said, "If Duke Brie comes to ask you about this, tell him we’ll discuss it after the war. We’re fighting right now. It wouldn’t be appropriate to trick too many princes to death."

Raina asked with a smile, "So that means you’ll keep tricking them in the future?"

"It brings benefits and weakens the enemy. Why wouldn’t I trick them? Maybe if I keep tricking them, I’ll eventually trick away my husband-killing fate."

Skye shrugged and strode outside. Countless fleets were waiting for her in the plaza. When they saw her emerge, they flashed their signal lights in unison, indicating that they were ready.

"Set out! Destroy the Zerg and save the universe!"

Skye swept her cloak aside and shouted spiritedly through shockwaves. All the warriors shouted in unison, "Destroy the Zerg and save the universe!"

The Insect Extermination Alliance officially set out!…

In the void, Hela, Annihilus, the insect generals, and Knull, who had escaped separately, gathered together. Other than Hela, everyone’s expressions were extremely ugly.

Looking at the three remaining insect generals, Annihilus could not help cursing, "You useless trash! You couldn’t even defeat food."

The insect generals did not dare argue back. They lowered their heads in silence, though they secretly snorted. Didn’t you lose to the food too? Half your body is gone.

"I will tear the Blood God to pieces."

Knull shouted through gritted teeth. He had rampaged across the universe for countless billions of years. When had he ever suffered such humiliation?

Hela snorted coldly. "I advise you to behave yourself, unless you want Master to come over and beat you up again."

"Master? You are the Blood God’s disciple?"

Knull glared at Hela with reddened eyes—he had not paid much attention to Hela or Annihilus before, so he did not know about this.

Knull had been rescued by someone Death sent. He was not Death’s subordinate, merely someone who had agreed to help Death maintain Universe Balance. Simply put, he was a mercenary.

Hela sneered. "So what if I am? Do you dare make a move?"

"Why wouldn’t I?"

Knull’s eyes filled with murderous energy as he immediately prepared to attack. Annihilus hurriedly stopped him and said, "Knull, we are on the same side. Don’t fight among ourselves. Besides, Hela is Death’s Follower God."

"Death’s Follower God?"

Knull snorted and said to Hela, "One day, I will kill your Master."

"You’re overthinking it. You are no match for my Master. He has already reached another level."

Hela shook her head. "Also, my Master is very petty. You should remember to be more respectful in the future."

Knull roared, "What did you say?"

Hela shouted, "I’m telling the truth. If you hadn’t drawn out my Master this time, the main star would already have been destroyed by us."

"My fault? Why don’t you talk about your own incompetence?"

Knull cursed, "One Death’s Follower God, one Ancient God, and a group of insect gods, yet you couldn’t take down a mere Inhumans Main Star. Aren’t you ashamed?"

"If you hadn’t come, we definitely would have taken it."

Hela snorted. Knull was about to say more when Annihilus stepped in to mediate again. "There’s no need to keep talking about what happened before. Let’s think about what we should do next."

"What should we do? Of course, launch a full-scale attack on the Heavenfall Star System and utterly defeat the alliance army."

Hela said, "The surprise attack failed, so we can only fight head-on."

Annihilus nodded. "That is our only option. Fortunately, with the strength of our Zerg, defeating the alliance army will not be difficult."

"I will merge the Symbiotes with your Zerg and strengthen their power."

After thinking it over, Knull said. He had not planned to do so before, but the Blood God had humiliated him so thoroughly that he had to take action.

"That would naturally be excellent."

Annihilus smiled. Thinking of something, its expression turned somewhat ferocious. "This time, I was not prepared. Next time, I will summon Negative Space in advance. No matter how powerful those Super Heroes are, they are not opponents for an Ancient God."

Hela also said, "I’ll make more preparations as well. This time, we underestimated them."

Knull asked coldly, "Will the Blood God intervene again?"

"No. My Master is a Creator God. As long as we do not provoke him, he will not act."

Hela shook her head. "Knull, I know you hate my Master, but in this universe, the strong will always be respected."

Knull’s expression darkened, but he did not refute her. Thinking of something, he asked, "Your Master cannot act freely?"

"Unless he is insulted or attacked, he cannot take action."

Hela said, "However, Earth is his territory. There, he can act as he pleases."

"He can act freely on Earth?"

Knull was somewhat disappointed. He had wanted to destroy Earth to vent his anger. After thinking for a moment, he said, "Forget it. I’ll go find my weapon first. Once I find it, I’ll meet up with you and deal with the alliance together."

After saying that, Knull ignored Annihilus’s attempts to keep him and traveled through space, vanishing without a trace.

Annihilus shouted unhappily, "Damn it. He does not care at all about maintaining Universe Balance. He acts recklessly."

"Knull cannot be relied upon. We can only rely on ourselves to maintain Universe Balance."

Hela shook her head. "Enough of that. Let’s return and prepare for war. The more people who die, the stronger I become."

"The more Zerg there are, the stronger I become."

Annihilus said with a smile. The two stopped wasting words and traveled through space back to their base.

"Damn Blood God, I will never let you off."

As Knull traveled through space, he cursed furiously in his heart. At that moment, a cloaked figure suddenly appeared beside him and said with a smile, "Greetings, great God of Symbiotes."

"Get lost."

Knull was already enraged and had no patience for the other party’s nonsense. With a wave of his hand, space turned into a blade several meters long and slashed toward the Cloaked Man.

The Cloaked Man smiled faintly. The spatial blade passed through him without causing any harm.

Knull stopped in surprise and asked, "You are qualified to speak with me. Who are you?"

"Who I am is not important."

The Cloaked Man smiled. "I merely came to inform you, God of Symbiotes, of something. The Blood God’s true body will soon leave Earth."

Knull asked suspiciously, "The Blood God will leave Earth? Is that true?"

"It is. Galactus is heading toward Earth, and he must go stop Galactus."

The Cloaked Man said, "When that happens, Earth will become very undefended. However, the Blood God is a master of space. He can return to Earth at any time, and no one can stop him."

"Is that so?"

Knull thought for a moment and asked, "What do you want me to do?"

"You are a great Ancient God. How would I dare ask you to do anything?"

The Cloaked Man smiled. "You may do whatever you wish. I merely came to notify you of this. Now that I have done so, I shall take my leave."

"I haven’t finished asking."

Knull snorted. Energy formed into a giant hand that grabbed at the Cloaked Man. The Cloaked Man smiled faintly, and his body vanished into thin air. Even Knull had no way to stop him.

"Neither a physical body nor an illusion. What a strange ability."

Knull shook his head and put the matter aside. What mattered now was whether this information was true. If it was, there were many things he could do.

The Blood God cared so much about Earth. If he could seize control of Earth and make him kneel, he would probably kneel. I seem to have a chess piece on Earth.

A few days later, Earth.

Wang Bert was on a date with a newly emerging Hollywood sweetheart. Both were very satisfied with each other, and if nothing unexpected happened, it would be a wonderful night.

At that moment, Wang Bert sensed something. His expression hardened as he said, "Jarvis, send an unmanned sports car to take this lady home. Also, send her the contract for the new movie."

"Mr. Wang…"

The sweetheart was stunned and rose, wanting to say something, but Wang Bert waved his hand, stood up, and strode away.

Next, Wang Bert teleported to Kamar-Taj and said to Wong, the acting Sorcerer Supreme, "I am leaving Earth. During this time, you must remain vigilant. I will leave Elektra behind. If anything happens, go find her."

"You’re leaving Earth?"

Wong was stunned and hurriedly said, "Blood God, without you and without Strange, Earth’s defenses will become extremely weak."

Wang Bert said with an annoyed expression, "I don’t want to leave either. The problem is that old bastard Galactus is heading toward the Milky Way Galaxy. I have to stop him outside. I cannot let him get anywhere near the Solar System."

"Galactus? Why would he descend at a time like this?"

Wong was shocked. Wang Bert snorted. "It is most likely Death’s doing. I underestimated that woman’s madness. Fortunately, I have been monitoring Galactus all along. I just did not expect him to come at this time."

Galactus’s current direction of travel formed a straight line with Earth. Clearly, he was heading for Earth.
