Warning, Special Reincarnator EX051, your power has greatly exceeded the load limit. Your body will suffer unpredictable damage.
Warning, Special Reincarnator EX051, your body is about to collapse, causing Existential Damage. (Note: Existential Damage cannot be repaired through instant regeneration or immortality.)

Bai Cangshu directly closed the panel. His face twisted into an extreme expression of cruelty. He had always been cruel to others, and even crueler to himself.

Crack!

He felt something shatter. It was not as simple as his flesh breaking, nor was it his soul.

It was something between flesh and soul, something that had bound him into his current shape from the unseen.

If he had to compare it, it was closest to the Wall of Heart in the world of EVA.

Yet this thing was not so dependent on the mind. Instead, it manifested more like an innate talent.

This was the vessel!

The vessel that determined the upper limit of an individual’s innate abilities.

A special container capable of holding every form of power.

At this moment, Bai Cangshu’s vessel shattered.

The power within him, explosively amplified beyond its limits by the combined effects of the Life Furnace, Kirin Armor, Kaio-ken, Despair Salvation, and other forces, crushed his vessel apart.

It was like a kettle that could hold only a thousand milliliters of water, yet had ten thousand milliliters of water magically poured into it from nowhere.

In an instant, the kettle expanded to its limit before finally shattering.

Bai Cangshu felt boundless light envelop his consciousness. At that moment, he felt as though he were once again drifting within the Swirl of the Root.

Unrestrained, free of all limits—yet also without any physical form of his own.

But unlike the Swirl of the Root, there was no knowledge here, no known existence.

Everything was emptiness. Everything was nonexistence. It was like a void containing nothing at all, and like chaos itself.

Bai Cangshu tried hard to open his eyes, but he had no such thing here.

He could only completely disperse his self, almost instinctively trying to sense as much as possible in this place.

Clearly… there was nothing here.

Bai Cangshu’s sharp intuition was likewise an innate vessel, and even at such a time, it still displayed its extraordinariness.

The next moment, Bai Cangshu felt as though a gaze had discovered him, casting down upon him from the distant void. Then, the feeling of unrestricted freedom swiftly began to collapse.

He began to sense weight and smell. He began to notice the speed of his thoughts, feel the flow of electrons through his body, and sense the pulses of his brainwaves…

All his senses began to return. Bai Cangshu once more became that concrete, tangible Bai Cangshu.

"Was this… the process of being observed?!"

"The Limiter… was this kind of power?!"

Then that chaos… what exactly was it…

All kinds of strange phenomena interwove in Bai Cangshu’s mind. His brain operated at an unimaginable speed, cycling through thousands of thoughts almost every moment.

The next moment, Bai Cangshu felt himself return to the blazing Life Furnace.

Now, he felt the power that had once overflowed so completely that it could not be released flowing freely throughout his body.

It was as though the power that would once have shattered him merely by existing within him was now nothing remarkable, something he could contain with ease.

Only then did he open the Space Panel. He saw through the waterfall-like stream of notifications at a glance and immediately found the most crucial lines.

Special Reincarnator EX051, your body has collapsed. Your existence is beginning to disappear.
Special Reincarnator EX051 has lost all existential response. Information erasure now commencing...

"Whew~"

Bai Cangshu exhaled a breath of foul air. The flesh giant exhaled as well in the next instant, flames bursting from its mouth and setting the sea ablaze in an instant.

Boundless white mist spread into the sky.

Only then did Bai Cangshu look up and notice the enormous monster composed of golden ripple and distorted space, already descending to within several thousand meters above him.

That was likely Lawrence’s current form of existence.

No. With only the slightest use of his mind, Bai Cangshu understood that the flesh giant he currently occupied was Lawrence’s true body.

It was the true flesh he had spoken of, the body that would climb the Life Ladder to its end and question the creator.

Unfortunately, it had already been ravaged beyond recognition by him.

Bai Cangshu lowered his head and saw that the thousand-meter flesh giant was now probably only several hundred meters tall. Though its body had become extraordinarily compact, the power of the Flesh Furnace had indeed been consumed in great quantity.

No wonder he could clearly sense shock and fury within the complicated eyes above his head.

On the other side, the black-red dragon, likewise roughly a thousand meters long, had completely unfurled itself from the vortex of time.

As its wings spread, its blazing authority had already covered the mortal world.

With merely a sweep of his peripheral vision, Bai Cangshu saw that the once lush wasteland had turned charred black, with countless wildfires igniting.

Bai Cangshu seemed to hear countless wails.

He could even clearly sense that above the entire mortal world, the despair and distortion that could not disperse had gathered into an enormous dark cloud, lingering over the sea.

"You were clearly the ones who turned this world into such a mess, so why does every one of you act as though you have some deep grudge against me~"

The corners of his mouth curled up in a mocking smile.

Wasn’t the root of this world’s distortion the fact that those three higher powers were all trying to completely dominate the world at once, making it so chaotic and hopeless?

Humans with no special powers had been hopeless enough in the face of the Dragon Clan. The ancient gods descending upon the world brought the pollution of the stars alongside the knowledge they imparted.

Caught between them, humanity began endless slaughter. War gave rise to plagues like the Black Death and birthed still more distortions, while indescribable horrors had already arrived.

"Enough, enough. Who told me that I am the… Savior, huh!"

Laughing, Bai Cangshu’s body slowly rose.

The several-hundred-meter flesh giant seemed as light as nothing as it floated out of the sea. The root-like tentacles connecting every part of its body snapped apart one by one.

Bai Cangshu no longer needed the furnace’s life force to empower him.

He was terrifyingly powerful now.

Bai Cangshu raised his hand and pointed from afar at the Dragon King, which had lifted its head as though it were about to unleash a terrifying draconic word.

A golden radiance so dazzling that it seemed the sun itself had appeared gathered at Bai Cangshu’s fingertip.

By the time Norton and Constantine sensed that terrifying heat, they only had time to turn their heads. Norton raised his wings, shielding the humanoid Constantine seated upon his back.

The next moment, an unparalleled burst of energy erupted from his body.

The sky was pierced through. Golden light seemed to vanish into the river of stars, while the terrifying shockwave split the sea to both sides, raising massive, dreadful waves dozens of meters high.

Norton let out a miserable cry and fell from the sky. Amid the spray of blood, the dragon turned its head and saw the flesh giant open its mouth toward the enormous eye descending from above and let out a thunderous roar.

"Ha!"

Heaven and earth suddenly lit up, followed by terrifying lightning that drowned everything.

Light, sound—everything had vanished.
